Décembre 2023 → avril 2026 : toujours rien reçu.
3 ans d’attente, des promesses, des reports, et quasiment aucune communication fiable. À ce niveau-là, ce n’est plus un retard, c’est du fouta*e de g*ule.
Aucune visibilité, aucune date sérieuse, aucun produit.
👉 Clairement, pour l’instant, mieux vaut passer son chemin.
Parce qu’au final, le seul “bâton” qu’on reçoit… ce n’est pas celui qu’on a commandé....
j'ai commandé mon bâton en avril 2025, pas eu de nouvelle 1 an plus tard. Plusieurs dates de livraisons ont été annoncés aucune n'a été respecté. Ca fait tellement longtemps que j'attends que paypal ne veut pas m'aider.

Commande passée le 30.11.2024 pour un bâton Swiss-Staff (362 CHF).
Livraison annoncée puis repoussée plusieurs fois, avec très peu de communication. Beaucoup de messages sont restés sans réponse.
En juillet 2025, j’ai demandé un remboursement, accepté par écrit avec un engagement clair pour fin septembre 2025.
Le remboursement n’a jamais été effectué.
En octobre 2025, Swiss-Staff reconnaît la dette mais indique que les fonds sont bloqués chez un notaire, sans date précise.
👉 Manque de communication, engagements non tenus, remboursement difficile.
Je ne recommande pas ce projet à ce stade.
