I organised Swindon Vehicle Recovery to pick up a boat for me and deliver it to Salisbury, it needed a large lorry as the boat could not be towed. We agreed a price and I paid a deposit. A time was agreed for collection. Unfortunately there was a major incident on the M4 that the Company had to attend, consequently they were not able to do my job. They were very apologetic and refunded my deposit immediately. I was very impressed with their integrity and their profuse apologies even though they were not able to complete my job, after all emergencies do happen! I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you.

I’m not recommending this people to help you out they’re ripped me off they’re charging me double I paid them 1560£ to have my vehicle off the road they take key from ignition to make payment they are not good people I don’t recommend any one to use them.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Fursan for his help yesterday! I was in a sticky situation where my car had overheated and my breakdown cover company swindled their way out of helping me, Fursan arrived very quickly after contact, was very quick at loading up my car and drove me nearly two hours back to my home! This was all very late at night and I am so impressed with how helpful he was! I highly recommend!

Absolute scammers. They promised to come within 45 minutes, after I paid the deposit, couldn't get through to them for 2 hours. Then when they finally picked up, they said they can come after another 5 hours. When I asked for my deposit back they said no, even though the situation I was in was urgent and had to be done in the time they promised - 45 minutes. Would never use them again.
