Would have given a 5* for goggles and…

Would have given a 5* for goggles and price.... but I tried to get in contact with them about tracking number and no one got back to me then searched for contact number to call it and it is a cycling shop which no one answered anyway

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm really glad you like the goggles you bought, but am sorry to hear you struggled to contact us. We do reply to all emails we receive, so if you sent one then I would just double check the address it went to. Regarding the phone number, you are correct, it is the same number as that of Winstanleys Bikes. We're all the same people and we have a Bike site and a Swim site. Sorry if this was confusing.

Would not be shopping here again.

Good Points - Good selection of swimming gear at a very reasonable prices.

Bad Points - Terrible customer service - I emailed to ask about the delivery of my order as it was late and I got no response.
I called and the contact number - which routes to a Bike shop, again no answer. Luckily, the items arrived the very next day. However, two of the items (masks) don't work for us. I called again and finally got to speak with a gentleman - Explained that I needed to return the masks and he bluntly refused and said once the tags were off no return - no offer of a partial refund or any attempt to work with me. The return policy on the website state nothing of the sort. I wrote in to complain - Again No response. Last time I shop on this site. Other Buyers Beware.

Update: Contacted the Seller as requested in their response but, as I had come to expect - no response.

Thank you for leaving us a review.

I think there may have been some misunderstanding surrounding your request to return some swimming goggles. If you have not used them at all and you still have the original plastic storage cases for the goggles, then you may return them to us for a refund or exchange. Goggles don't have any tags, but they do have a backing card. We do need the goggles to be in their plastic cases in order for us to be able to resell them.
