Ching at Wokingham
We are only on our third lesson with Ching but so far so good. My son, Zac, has enjoyed them and seems to be progressing slowly but surely and I'm keen to see where he's at, by the end of the 10 week block we have paid for. Ching is quietly spoken, patient and makes sure they have jumping fun at the end to keep up the enthusiasm.
I would say the company need to make it clearer that even bank Holidays have lessons as this is not ideal for us but they are very rigid with their bookings.

We are very happy! My seven year old son is having lessons with Ashley at the Apollo Hotel. I am really happy with his progress and he is really enjoying the lessons. Ashley is great at interacting with him and getting the best from the lesson.

Melanie’s fab lessons!
I have been bringing my daughter to see Melanie for private lessons for over 3 years. She is fantastic with my daughter & equally my daughter loves her lessons too. Venue is lovely, pool clean and not overly busy.

Supporting a boy who was scarred if water
Thanks, Ching has been teaching James my son for some time now, he has taken him from a boy who was not confident in the water and scarred of water on his face to a boy that can swim and go under water without any fear. We still have a way to go but we couldn’t have got this far without Ching.

I Can not thank Chang enough
I Can not thank Chang enough, I booked my daughter in for swimming lesson with another company & she refused to get in the pool. Chang was amazing with her & with in the first 5 minutes she was in. I have now just book another 5 lessons with him.

I've never been a confident swimmer but…
I've never been a confident swimmer but Lily has been brilliant at helping me to discover the joy of being able to swim. Lily has been a patient and able teacher and has enabled my amazing progression over the last few lessons to a point where I feel much more capable in the water.

Great instructor
I take my son to Allister at the Cardiff venue. Allister is a brilliant instructor and genuinely loves his job. He is great with my son especially when my son gets tired or loses focus. Would highly recommend him. Thank you 😊👍

Only positive things to say about my experience with the Swimexpert group. I have 1-1 lessons with Jack J and he’s a great instructor for adults who lack confidence. He is very patient, has great knowledge on form and techniques, and knows how to build up confidence when swimming. I Always feel accomplished after his lessons (managed to front crawl after 2nd lesson from not being able to swim at all!) and would recommend him to anyone who’s completely inexperienced or who’s looking to improve their abilities.

Excellent team and fun lessons
We have been delighted with all the coaches who have helped our daughter learning to swim. Sam and Bron are doing an excellent job at the moment and our daughter both loves her lessons and is progressing really well. Highly recommend them both.

Go for it - you won't be disappointed
My experience with Swim Expert was Brilliant. I was a beginner insomuch as I had never swam more than 3 stokes without stopping. Never went out of my depth and most certainly did not like splashing. I'm almost 62 and felt like it would be a struggle for anyone to take on an old woman wanting to swim.
Nicholas was so patient, encouraging and friendly.
I was so nervous for the first few weeks as I was not confident and although would get in the water I would not swim more than a couple of strokes before stopping. Never going out of my depth and hated water in my face. To have someone in the pool with me and the confidence that they would help if I needed it was so reassuring. Understanding my fears, goals and apprehension was so nice. After the first lesson I was jumping for joy. Buzzing!!! for the next 9 lessons I looked forward to seeing what I could next achieve. The encouragement from Nicholas was never ending. Always telling me that I could do it. He taught me to tread water, swim a full length without stopping, breathing/relaxing and to float on my back.
I now swim twice a week in my local pool.
Thank you Swim Expert and a huge thank you to Nicholas - couldn't have got where I am today without you.
