The service of the pool has been…

The service of the pool has been somewhat erratic there was a long period with no service at all. Bill payments seem to be somewhat problematic as I have been reminded several times for a bill that has been paid weeks before.

Would prefer notification that…

Would prefer notification that attendant was coming, as per our original agreement.

Also, I get invoiced for the job, keep paying them with one or two days, and then keep getting reminder emails to pay the account, which says if I've paid the invoice just ignore the email reminder. But even though I paid it before it was due, I still keep receiving reminder emails to pay it. It is like they are looking for multiple payments of the same invoice.

Moved to new supplier as removed me from ongoing monthly visits without notifying me

If I was asked to rate Swimart before Christmas they would have a rating of 5 star. They had been helpful, responded quickly to questions and arrived at my home when they said they would be there and did a great job. I had set up a monthly clean of pool which was great.
January came around I had to ring to find out when someone was coming to clean pool but to my surprise they had cancelled by monthly visit and it would be over a week before they could get someone out. Then when I someone comes I could ask them to restart by monthly visit again. I did question why my monthly visits were cancelled I got not explanation or a apology. I rang another pool cleaning company who was able to fit me in the next day and ended up being cheaper.

Friendly reliable service and informative staff

Friendly informative staff. Reliable although sometimes need to watch timing and other commitments.
Jobs are well done and to requirements.
Billing system from head office needs a revamp. Reminders sent for weeks after bills are paid.

Really helpful!

I have found the staff at Swimart at Penrith to be super helpful and friendly. The service is great and the people there have gone out of their way to help us. Our pool looks great. Thank you to all staff!

Difficult to deal with

The tech is friendly enough but wasn't really able to address our issue.
I have used them twice and they have not turned up as booked either time. Most recently, i took a day off work and waited all day - only to have to rebook for the next day because the appointment had not been written into their book.
The other annoyance is their billing system. They send the bill, i pay the bill, then spend a month responding to emails asking me to pay the bill.
Also, their parts prices in shop are ridiculously expensive.
