Easy to use and good to be notified when the deposit expires

THE PROCESS WAS GOOD BUT THE TIME BETWEEN HANDING BACK THE RENTAL VEHICLE AND SWICKLY NOTIFYING THAT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT HAD BEEN CLOSED OFF (€2500) WAS RIDICULOUSLY LONG (3 MONTHS!!) IT SHOULD NOT TAKE SO LONG AS THE VEHICLE WAS CHECKED ON RETURN WITH NO DAMAGE.

Deposit was closed 8 days after it was agreed.

It was amazing staying in the apartment and I advise to stay . It has perfect location and comfortable beds

The space was large, clean, well equipped, etc. The best thing was the location. You're in an alley so you don't get all the noise, but at about 30m one way is a Christmas Market, and about 30m (the other end of the alley) is a grocery store, coffee, shopping, everything you need to survive.

Finally, the dude that met us to give us the key was lowkey awesome. Because my mother is has serious mobility issues we had to take an Uber. The old town is pedestrian only during the Christmas Markets, so he met us. The Uber took legit 40mins to go like a mile. I'd have been better off strapping my mom to my backpack and rucking her. The dude stayed late to meet us. Showed us the ins and outs. Gave us some great tips and then just GTFO without overstaying. It was a great way to kick off our 3 week visit to the region. I would definitely stay again and would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was straighforward and easy.

I will write in english. We put in a deposit, and after the stay the Fidalsa just said we had broken the intercom system when it never functioned in the first place which was quite inconvinient as we needed to then call on phones to come in the main door as we just had got one kry for that door. So we had to pay for our inconvenience. No-one wanted to listen to our part, and the amount was taken. The apartment was very nice. But the thing with the deposit was a sad end of the nice long vacation.

Best service ever! Highly recommend. Specially Sandrine who helped us with the whole process. We will be definitely come back.

Unable to process multiple credit cards for a deposit on a booking. Extremely frustrating.

The deposit has been kept for two and a half months after the car had been returned. This is completely inappropriate.

This is good news about my money. However I get 1 star, because of your forced politics. Another thing - why paying 9 euro for something that I was forced to do? This is a robbery!

Bad communication, unhelpful, unable to solve my questions and issues regarding my frozen deposit despite multiple contacts with their tech support. In many cases I wouldn’t even get an answer.
