worst service and cancellation policies

I ordered and i wanted to cancel it, within a minute a call customer service and asked them to cancel my oder i wanted to modify. they said if you cancel than you have to pay full amount 1245 in your next oder.I mean they must have some policy for cancellation if someone cancel within 2 minutes.worst policies and worst service

Incorrect item delivered

I ordered for Gajar Halwa instead of the Swiggy provided me with the another item i.e., Moong Dal Halwa .As I reach out to Customer Support , they did not try to resolve my query.Both Customer Support and Service provided by them are pathetic .I suggest to go with the Zomato but not Swiggy...

Illegal/fraud/worst services

More than worst experienced ...Fraud case, worst poor in quality, i have ordered kaju katli at price of Haldiram 1803(1KG), but it was received in the loose condition, open box, no logo mentioned anywhere everything is blank, i have connect to customer care , they said the order is coming from Haliram( i have also search on google this name but it shows result zero no restaurant from this name only Haldi ram shows on google search), i asked about logo and loose packaging , she said , mam box khatam hogaye hai or tape bhi nhi h, or restaurant wala is not answering the call, delivery time of this order is 55mins, i dont know why these people are not accepting their fraud/illegal things, how many time this box opened on the way(55mins), they ignores and asked refund only Rs450 and all blame put on me, is it fare that you are taking haldiram kaju katli price of Rs1800 from the customer & refund only Rs450... worst people working & illegal things they are doing in Swiggy, No 1 is understanding the pain of customer. customer executive the girl name is ankita & her senior has lot of attitudes, not ready to listen customer issues they are facing.

Swiggy food delivery processing is not…

Swiggy food delivery processing is not good at all. When delivery has some issue, they lack the common courtesy of informing the customer about the delay and are not in a position to offer both the food and refund after having wasted a lot of customer’s time. It is much better to eat home cooked food or go to the restaurant rather than ordering on Swiggy. Instamart is fairly better but not sure for how long.

Worst experience every time in worst experience of swigging …

Worst experience every time in Swiggy today I have ordered at 2.30 pm and estimated time was given 60 min and when I called the customer care at 410 pm they have only sorry as solution and after asking about it they cancelled the order that’s the solution they have after that I went to restaurant and eat so after three hours of starving these is the way the treat the people
My kind suggestion is please close the Swiggy

Update. Late support ,but meaning ful help. Complete failure of customer support and unethical practices

After review at Google and here, there backhand team acted swiftly and provided complete refund. This prompt action shows that if they have right people this situation would have never arised. I appreciate this at the same time request to be careful.

Worst experience ever with Swiggy Instamart.

I received an incomplete product, raised a complaint within 5 minutes of delivery, uploaded clear photos on the app, and was promised a resolution within 6 hours. After doing everything correctly, Swiggy simply refused replacement and refund with a lazy line: “unable to validate the claim.”

No explanation.
No investigation details.
No accountability.

This is deliberate customer harassment, not a mistake. Swiggy’s so-called “quick resolution” is a joke — once payment is done, they hide behind scripted replies and wash their hands off the issue. If photo evidence uploaded immediately after delivery is not “valid,” then their complaint system itself is meaningless.

This is unethical, misleading, and unprofessional conduct. Customers should be warned: if something goes wrong, Swiggy Instamart may simply deny responsibility and force you to chase them endlessly.

I will never trust Swiggy again and strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

Swiggy Instamart is a Fraudulent…

Swiggy Instamart is a Fraudulent platform with Fraudulent Practices. I made the mistake of ordering a Bluetooth Boat Rockerz Headphones from them for 999, when it did not work, they refused to refund. Guys, never buy from them, the quality is questionable for most things!

Extremely Disappointing & Unethical Experience

Multiple items were missing from my Instamart order, and I also received products I never ordered. I raised the issue twice via chat, over call, and through email.

Despite clear fault on their end, there was no refund, no return of wrong items, and no explanation. They didn’t even state the reason for rejection or point to any clause in their Terms & Conditions.

I am a vegetarian; luckily the wrong items were veg. What if non-veg items had been delivered? This shows careless handling and zero accountability.

This is not a small mistake — it shows a complete lack of accountability. Long-time customer, but after this experience, I no longer trust Instamart.

If this is how Instamart handles delivery errors, think twice before ordering. Once your money is gone, don’t expect fairness or responsibility.

🚨 ABSOLUTE FRAUD

🚨 ABSOLUTE FRAUD. CUSTOMER TRAP. STAY AWAY. 🚨

Madpops Jaipur is not a restaurant, it’s a money-trap. The entire setup is designed to mislead and loot customers using fake online offers on Swiggy and Zomato.

The scam works like this:

They refuse to accept payment via Swiggy/Zomato at the restaurant, even when the offer is shown.

Later, Swiggy conveniently washes its hands by saying “restaurant policy” — leaving the customer cheated.

Most of the bill is deliberately excluded from discounts, so the final amount is almost the same as paying full price.

Liquor has ZERO discount, with inflated pricing.

Worst of all, they appear to use different menus for different tables, which is completely unethical and screams fraud.

This is intentional deception, not a misunderstanding. The offers exist only to lure customers inside — once you’re seated, you’re trapped.

If you value your money and self-respect, DO NOT STEP INTO THIS PLACE.
Plenty of honest restaurants exist — this is not one of them.

The delivery person picked up my order for reverse pickup, and I have full proof and videos. But my order is wrongly marked as cancelled. I have been trying to get help since yesterday and got no resolution.

Please issue my full refund immediately. If not resolved, I will escalate this further.

Your support team already informed me that I will receive my refund. I also have proof of the conversation with your agents, along with videos showing the reverse pickup was completed.

They are utter liars

They are utter liars. Earlier we used to pay in advance and there was always problem with order. So never pay them in advance. Today we ordered from hazaribagh location and put option of cash on delivery. It showed after 1 hour that order is being picked up and from 1 hour it was showing 2 minute to delivery and order was never delivered. It is turning in to scam. Never order from them never pay in advance.

But delievry partner went on wrong location
Even @2.50 pm

And cancelled my order

Which are saying we didt get back your order

I placed an order on Swiggy Instamart…

I placed an order on Swiggy Instamart (Order #220969494284739) and cancelled it within 2 minutes. It clearly showed that my money would be refunded — but still no refund. This kind of service is unacceptable. @swiggy_in I need this resolved immediately. How long should a customer wait for their own money? 👎
