WORST WORST WORST WORST COMPANY!!! WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! They steal your money and then never reply. I ordered an item on April 3rd still haven't received it. The tracking number they sent is not valid and doesn't even pull up. I have contacted them repeatedly and only get automatic email responses that make no sense and that don't even address my concerns. I think what this company does is steal your money, tire you out until you request fraud from your bank. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM. You wont get your money back despite their guarantee that they have on their website. This company advertises on instagram and facebook, don't be fooled, beware, you wont get any items that you purchase. They will just steal your money.

I echo the sentiments of the all the folks who have given reviews. This company is a Scam! How can we get out money back? Is there some authority we can report this company to?

This company is a scam! I am STILL waiting on a purchase I made over 2 months ago. Bull $&@? it’s because of COVID. Don’t order from them! They will continue to tell you that your package is on the way but it’s not!

Same as everyone else. Waited almost two months - nothing Tracking number doesn't work and crap responses saying it is still coming. Have asked for a refund and they say they can't. They totally took advantage of COVID and people wanting to exercise from home.

I ordered my product on the 10th April , initially they said it would take 4 weeks . I have sent four chaser emails each time I was promised it would be on it's way. They just keep telling you that your order is on it's way. I have now given up on them and I will try and get a refund from my bank. Please do not ever use them

SCAMMERS wish I would have read reviews before I ordered from them same exact story saying they can't refund my money because my order has already shipped and it's on the way. Liars!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL JUST RIP YOU OFF!!

Wish I had read the reviews. So true this company is a scam. Ordered a multi function rope April 15/20. My email replies say the same thing over and over. My order is on route. I have never received a tracking number. Don't order from this company.

I give them less than a 1 star. The worse!!! Tracking shows that my package has been sitting in one place since 5/15/2020. That date is a month after I ordered this item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Scam!!! It kept telling me the order will be arriving soon. I ordered since April 3 and now it’s been 2months still no tracking or anything. I’m filing a complaint and getting my refund through PayPal. This is BS!

be careful when you order form this company. I ordered over 2 months ago and have still not gotten my product nor have then given me a refund claiming that it has been shipped so they cannot. I was finally given a tracking number even though I had asked numerous times. It this product has been in air transit for over 3 weeks in China. So beware

Scammers, bought multi function rope a month ago. Was told that i will receive an update of my purchase and have not heard from them since then. I have to dispute my transaction cause this company sucks. Pls dont buy from this company you’ll cant be benefited from them, instead they’ll just steal from their future buyers. They are not even worth of one (1) star. This company cant be relied upon. So for the future customer/buyer PLEASE, PLEASE refrain from doing transaction from this company. Overall rating FAIL!!!
