So I originally used Rush My Passport…

So I originally used Rush My Passport through FedEx. I paid 281.00 for literally n o t h i n g. I was given no refund, waited on the phone for hours asking where my paperwork was, and nothing. To add insult to injury, I was given a chance to fill out a "refund request form" which led to nothing.

I sought out Swift Passport Services. A smaller company stationed in Chicago. I applied for a similar package. 4-6 week processing. I was given phone calls, emails with updates, and a simple, step-by-step experience.

I received my new passport earlier than predicted. Overall, Swift has surpassed my expectations. I couldn't recommend them more.
