The app is easy to use. The customer service is good. I can use the app with most gas stations and restaurants I like.

The app is a great security tool for my building. It’s convenient and functions well. It allows me to create my own entry code and open the door with my phone with a camera verifying who is there. Highly recommend this for any building that doesn’t have a doorman.

I will say I believe service has improved over time. When it was first installed in my building a year or two ago, Swiftlane would go down more frequently, or the app would occasionally crash. But I have had no issues with it in the past few months. Easy to get into the building and elevators, let other people in from far away, etc. Positive experience!

Great experience. Reliable. Incredible face recognition. Improved security so we can see everyone who accesses our building. Allows us to easily have guests or vendors come to our home.

Using Swiftlane makes entering my building easy. However, there are challenges with having this security system. First of all, if deliverypeople come, they will need to call you. If you have a job in which you are in meetings all the time or need to silence your phone, then you will likely miss these calls. In this case, sometimes the delivery-person will call another tenant in order to enter the building. This poses security risk. I think there could be a more seamless and off-hands way to manage this part of the user experience. Otherwise, I don't really see Swiftlane as a virtual doorman but just an electronic lock with a camera. Also, in the winter time, the whole electronic may freeze and stop working. Thus, there are risks involved with using this technology along with convenience. Swiftlane is mostly a reliable product, but with some room to grow as technology advances.

Swiftlane is super user friendly and reliable. I like how the guest pins work to enable visitors access to the building.

I enjoyed the extra level of security invluding photos of each one accessing the door. I have some of the funniest photos of my kids from that camera. Only downfall was when internet would disconnect or not having phone nearby to let people in, otherwise worked great

Never had any serious issues - Sometimes the system has to reboot so you’re waiting to get inside for a couple minutes while it’s setting itself back up! Face ID is really nice too

I was able to change codes for certain people, packages, and or food delivery. I would also be able to get a call if one needed access to get in the building; I would be able to unlock it from my phone for the person. This made it pretty convenient and useful. The only thing I would like to be improved is facial scan allowing for one to wear a mask and glasses.

My apartment complex has used the Swiftlane app to control the door to get in for a year now. I like that I can have a one-time code, a long-term code, or open the door directly from my app. This makes deliveries, food orders, and visitors really easy. We have had trouble with the door before, but it's always been a hardware issue and not a software issue.

We use Swiftlane at 3130 Irwin Ave, and it has been incredibly helpful and convenient. Being able to open the building doors directly from my phone makes coming and going so much easier, especially when I have my hands full. It’s simple to use, reliable, and adds an extra level of convenience and security to the building. Overall, we’ve had a great experience using Swiftlane!

Swiftlane is great! It makes getting into my building super easy even when I am carrying groceries or anything. I love the feature it has where you can create pins, this makes it easy for deliveries and my friends to get into the building securely.

Great Access System for Apartment Living
I’ve had a great experience with Swiftlane. The system makes entering and exiting the building convenient and secure, and I especially appreciate being able to use my phone for access. The app is easy to use, and the overall system adds an extra level of security and peace of mind. I also like the convenience of being able to manage access for visitors. Overall, Swiftlane is a modern, convenient, and user-friendly system that makes apartment living easier.

This system just works well. Easy to access, I also love the face recgonition process. Makes going out for a work out so much easier. It would be super cool if we had specific people like cleaners or something that we coudl grand access to to the face scan also to be able to get into an apartment to do the same thing.
