New glasses
Ordered glasses. They triple checked my prescription to make sure it was correct after ordering. The selections were great, and the price was even better. They shipped fast and I received within 2 days. Very pleased with my transaction.

1st Pair Free
I tried their 1st Pair Free promotion. I got my glasses and was VERY pleased with them. I had paid extra for better lenses. But a week after getting my glasses the left ear piece is bending outward making it impossible for my glssses to stay on. And my lenses have a scratch on them when I paid for the scratch free lenses. I don't even know how they scratched.
I've emailed swift eye wear but have gotten no response. Highly disappointed.

The glare is so bad
The frames are nice but way too big for my head. The frames are nice but the lenses are do shiny, you cant even see my eyes....only glare and reflections.

I checked on your order and the reason you are seeing the glare and reflections is because you selected lenses without any coatings.
Unfortunately, the only way to prevent/control the glare and reflections is by adding an anti-reflection coatings.

Wonderful!! I bought a pair of glasses 2 years ago and wanted the same frames, so I contacted the customer service and Amanda Rudy looked back at my past order, then talked to the manufacturer because they did not carry that frame anymore. She found the frame for me and set it all up in my cart with my prescription all ready to go!!! Thank you so much!!!!
