Swift Creations totally shafted me too. Lost me website and email. I understand the company director was sent down for a dreadful crime (google him). Anyway, my genius stepson has managed to find my old sire by using the following website: web.archive.org They are a company called Wayback Machine and I have managed to obtain all of my old websites text. It's worth checking out for all of you unfortunate people who were left in the same place I was.

Absolutely horrendous company. I have had problems with them from day 1 (several years ago) but having paid for them to create my website I continued being a client. Now they have, it seems, ceased trading, my website has disappeared and my email account has been hacked. The host 123 Reg will not let me change my business email account password as it has been set up by somebody at Swift Creations and therefore I have to take up the 'dispute' with them, even though I can prove who I am and that the company address etc is actually my name! How on earth can I take this up with a company who has ceased to be online, on the phone or anywhere else for that matter as they don't exist anymore! I am both disgusted and appalled at Swift Creations and 123 Reg for being totally unhelpful. I have now had to empty my email account but I can't even delete it as it's not registered under my name. Disgusting.

Awful company...do not use...and beware anyone who has worked for them. Taken my money and no website.

No idea what's going on with swift creations. My website is down again.
They contacted me explaining they lost there platform and to phone or email to discuss options but no-one answers, no mention of money refunds or further explanations. They seem to have disappeared with all their customers money and no websites.

Really really bad service. If you are unable to provide a service Swiftcreations you should contact your clients in advance and provide a warning. You should not left them to find out for themselves that they business website is no longer online. Your action has cause our be business to lost customers. I

I have been calling and emailing using every email connected to your company that I can find online however, no response!

Just poor!

Swift Creations did not renew my web address and is therefore not on line. despite sending them proof of payment my website still remains off line. I have tried to call but they don't answer or return my calls and that ignore my emails. This has happened twice now. Totally unprofessional.
I have lost business and customers. this company can no longer be trusted.
My website doesn't feel safe with them.

It looks like this company has disappeared again. I have lost my website. Information at Companies House does not look favourably either. Their phone number no longer exists. I do not doubt there are other businesses like mine that have been brought to their knees. Disgusting and in my opinion criminal.

We will lose our business!
Paid money to renew and now we have been left with no emails and no website… you have cost us our business potentially!!!

Initial set-up of my website a few years ago was great and also promptly answered any queries I had but have not been able to reach them via email and they do not answer the phone.

I went to SWIFT after being recommended explaining how and what I would like my website to look like, and well... I LOVE IT!

Its just what I wanted, and they added pictures that just fit so well... I 100% recommend and have since given their details to other businesses starting out!
