Reliable, trustworthy service. On time and tidy. Also, very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend using this Swerdna services for all gas and water plumbing work.

Swerdna came to attend a leaking cistern, which was quickly diagnosed and remedied without fuss, Nap attend this call out and he had a positive attitude, experience and finished the job without delay. The matter is now resolved.

I had a recent issue with my boiler at one of my rental properties. I looked online and found Swerdna. The engineer came on time and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He also kept me up to date with the timescales of the arrival and was very pleasant to the tenants in the house. The issue was resolved. I will use Swerdna again in future!

I have now had help from Nap twice - first time, a few weeks ago, to fix a faulty boiler. Second time, today, to fit a new shower mixer. The shower mixer job was more complicated than it might have been because of having to drain down the system, and then having to remove airlocks at the end. Nap was great. Quick and thorough. Would definitely ask for his help again.

I was not getting hot water in my apartment. I called a local gas engineer who got the hot water working. He didn't charge me a call out charges and gave me a 10% discount. Because l was local. I will continue to use Swerdna Services Ltd.

Plummer came on time fully explained my situation. Showed me where the problem is. He kept with the covid-19 safety regulations.
Ordered correct parts and kept in informed with the time scale. When i called him a few weeks later he was at my front door the same day.

I was not getting hot water. The engineer came and sorted the hot water for me.

Had some urgent work to be done on my boiler and Napolean was really quick to respond and attend. He did a great job at identifying and fixing the problem at a very reasonable cost. He is very knowledgeable and an expert and what he does, I would highly recommend Napolean!

Really helpful especially in a crisis when boiler brock down, he was recommended to me.
