We were in contact with you recently about your order and told you we would ship it out as a soon as we got our new delivery.
That delivery came today and your order was one of the first we print out.

You should be able to pick up your package within this week, if you for some reason don't get an email/text message about your package being ready for pickup, contact us!

Quick delivery and fast customer support

Quick delivery and fast, excellent customer service. Once got the wrong product in the package, then they sent the correct product immediately at no charge and let me keep the already delivered product as compensation.

Simple and easy

I wrote an email asking for help regarding SweJoys products and I got a thorough response which helped me with my purchase. I also got an email later on that unfortunately the delivery truck had already left for the day, and that my package would be with the next one the following day. Great customer service in regards to keeping me in the loop, but also for packing my order correctly and I also received a "Thank You"-note from the CEO, which was nice.
SweJoy delivered my Joylent products, so now I can easier bulk up or stop bringing lunch boxes to the University.
