Ordered mid december, emailed them twice and sent a facebook message and had no response. After 30 days I filed a chargeback… and they disputed the chargeback without ever having contacted me! Obviously the bank denied their dispute, but even a single email or facebook reply would have been nice…

using his fathers death as an excuse, its been 8 weeks and i have had nothing but excuses, today i did some research and tried contacting and i realised i shouldn't have even bothered, scammers absolute scammers. i ordered on the 19th of December its currently the 24th of February. i spoke to my mum so i could have some help. he was once again making excuses and ended up calling her vile then hung up on her. this guy said to my mum you apparently have to be 18 to order, i am 17 so even if that is true they illegally made a purchase with someone under-aged so he is in the wrong. if you don't want to send anything or give refunds why are you still taking orders and peoples well earned money? i looked at google reviews to compare them from the ones on here. they're very different i believe some of them could honestly be fake. but what i found interesting was that he actually responds there. his response to every bad review is 'the owner died!' and i saw one where he even called someone 'you disgusting human' he ignores every form of contact other then google reviews and phone calls.
he has said the company has gone into probate but my order went through before the news of his father so he is legally liable to for fill the contract between his company and i, if he knew then, he should of stopped trading because there is so many back orders that needed his attention, obviously he wasn't intending to for fill those new orders so surely that is not the correct way a 'business' should be trading. i counted only 14 good reviews out of a total of 131 but i do honestly believe some could be fake and not trusted so please do you're research and don't always put your entire trust into those good reviews always look at the bad as well, along as the dates.

I ordered mid January 26 for my daughter’s birthday party in Feb to give plenty of time. Once I had ordered and received the confirmation that was the last I heard from them. No order updates, no replies to my messages via the website. Just kept saying order processing, but as the weeks went on and I went back to the website it then said orders delayed due to the owner passing away. I contacted on Facebook but again messages ignored. I then went onto the Facebook profile to see that the guy that was posting had lost his dad and the bank account was frozen. To be honest though there’s reviews and comments from last year that say they never received their order, so I think this has been happening long before the owner passed away. It just seems more of a joke shop than a sweet shop. I fully sympathise with the position but to not reply to any messages of customers, to still allow orders to be processed on the website when there is no intention of them being sent out is just extremely poor management. Luckily I had paid for my order via a third party payment system as I always do when I haven’t bought from someone before. So they have refunded me via their dispute process but I’m sure they’ll be a lot who will never see a refund. Whilst this dispute was going on I ordered from another online sweet shop who was actually significantly cheaper too, I have received the order within a couple of days and complete contact throughout the order process, just highlighted how bad the service at this place is. I wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering from them, and lesson learned to read reviews before purchasing. If I could give a zero rating I would!

Never ordered online but have been to the shop multiple times. Fantastic range and fantastic service. Please be kind when reviewing for order over the Xmas period. Sadly one half of the buisness passed away the other half being his son. Running a business is hard enough specially with the loss of your father and business partner. Give the guy a break its a sweets a few days late not the end of the world really.

Placed order, 5 days later no info, no tracking number, no replies to emails no nothing

Ignored all messages, order was sent weeks late, and included lots of out of date sweets including some bags that went out of date in 2023!

Ordered 22 December. Was told via th website that their deliveries were closed until 5th January which wasn’t a problem. However, still not received. Sent emails, completed their own contact form and no reply whatsoever. If only I’d read th reviews here. Shame I cannot leave zero stars for them. The one consolation is that I paid via PayPal so received my money back in full. Avoid. Cannot put it any simpler than that. Avoid. I am completely convinced the positive reviews on here are fake. I’ve also started receiving tons of junk mail since placing the order “Spin to Win” own the site so to say I’m suspicious that they’ve sold or are directly using my email address is an understatement.

I placed an order for an Xmas present, no order confirmation was sent. I then researched the company and saw all the negative reviews on here, wish I had done that earlier. I called them to say I wanted to cancel and a refund, was told to email them. So I did, 5 times over 3 weeks. No response, no refund. I opened a charge back with my bank who refunded me straight away.

What a dreadful company...I made an order 13th Dec. to have some sweets sent to my parents for Xmas, so I inputted their address for shipping, in the order confirmation email however it showed my address as shipping address so I immediately emailed to let them know they had it wrong, I never got a response.

I also never got any confimation that my order was ever sent becasue it wasn't.

I emailed 3 more times and filled in their 'contact us' box twice on their site, not one response. Terrible business especially at Xmas, you can't just take the money and not respond to customers.

Thankfully I'd used my paypal so I had to open a claim and get a full refund, still no response from the company and no gift for my parents and a total waste of my time - would I use them again? Never, bunch of total charlatans !

Absolute terrible company they will take your money quick enough but then that’s the last you will hear from them. After confirming my order by email I had no further updates from them so after a week I messaged them on instagram then I sent them an email no reply to either so I had to get a refund through PayPal. Avoid at all costs

No update or response as to when order would be received despite an email and Facebook message being sent. When it was finally received it was incomplete. I emailed again several times but received no response. So I have been charged for goods I never received. Would not use this site again.

I placed an order over a week ago now. I tried multiple times to contact them for an update and have heard nothing back. Will have to go through fraud team to get a refund!

Does not reply to any correspondence at all!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased!!! Removes all messages left on their Facebook page too!! Ignores them but still posts new pictures/videos up the same day! Mind blown! Absolute joke of a company! Never known a company so brazen with stealing your money! They have no intention of sending anything out! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! -- update instead of replying to me they have blocked me on Facebook

Lovely products, great prices, there was an issue with my order and it was unexpectedly cancelled a month after ordering, however it was resolved immediately by owner, I reordered and it was sent with fast delivery and all products were there, owner was very apologetic! sometimes it's not how smoothly things go it's how a company deals with things when there's a problem.

Had to cancel the order as hadn’t even processed after a week when it was supposed to be delivered within 5 working days, messaged & emailed no reply, got money back through paypal. 2 weeks later 1/2 of the order arrived and were out of date so unusable anyway.

DO NOT USE THIS "BUSINESS" any remotely positive review could have only been done by them. I wish I'd read the reviews here first. Not only do they never send your order but they ignore all forms of communication after. Avoid like the plague.

UPDATED: 11/06/26 The card i used for this purchase (and was only used for this) has today had it's details used to try make purchases online. So not only do they keep your money and not send your order they then use your card details to try and steal more money. These people are the lowest of the low.

I purchased £15 worth of lollipops with £3.99 fast delivery on the 24th of November. I'm yet to receive my order and when I first bought this to their attention on the 30th of November...through their Facebook page...my comment were ignored. I again bought this to their attention today (10th of December)...and have now been blocked by them on Facebook.

If the shop owner see's this...send me MY legally purchased items or send me a FULL refund.

You have until the 17th of December...or this will be a police matter.

AWFUL!!!! Placed an £18 order and never received a confirmation email. Over the course of a week I sent numerous emails with no reply and tried to send a message on their website form but it was never working. I managed to speak to someone twice on the phone to be told their emails were not working but they had my order and it was being sent. Eventually I was shocked to actually receive a box from them however that was not the end! A large bag of sweets had ripped open and the sweets (not wrapped) were all loose and broken in the box. A pack of biscuits was there but stale and inedible. FOUR other items were missing. I tried to call them with no reply and now their website is down. AWFUL experience that I think I will just have to put down as a lesson learned as I don't think there is much chance of a refund or my other items being sent. Disgusting to treat people like that especially at this time of year. Hopefully karma will catch up with them!!!

How can this scam company still be trading?
My card details were stolen by them. It took weeks for half of my order to arrive, in a simple plastic bag that had been crushed during the journey.
The courier threw the package into my garden late in the evening. This was found the next morning after being found by foxes and then soaked with rain.
There was no tracking details from the company or apology for the missing parts of my order.
The package contents were VERY old and stale stock.
No response from this illegal company.
Our authorities appear powerless to do anything about them.
I put my £55 order down as a total write off. I have no way of redress.
PLEASE DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS OBVIOUSLY FAKE COMPANY.
