ORDER CANCELLED NO REASON
I emailed to ask if my order was sent, next thing I know they cancelled my order. No explanation was given I am very disappointed, I don’t understand why have an online shop, if this is the way they are going to treat paying customers, it’s disgusting AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Order was cancelled after 2 weeks of me trying to contact them. Apparently there was a courier issue but they are still taking orders? Not even an apology.
Huge Disappointment
Where to even begin. Ordered on the 20th june. Spending nearly £4 on 48 hour delivery. Was lied to twice saying my order had been dispatched when it never was. On the 27th they cancelled my order without telling me until the 30th with my refund only hitting my paypal on the 7th july.
DISAPPOINTED
Absolutely awful, the amount I recieved did not total to the price I paid. I ordered on 9th June, I then received an email asking me to review my order, at that point it hadn't even been dispatched. Customer care is awful, I emailed more than once, 1 asking when my order would be posted. And then again after I finally recieved my order asking if it was actually correct. Completely disappointed with your customer service, and products. I could have bought the same in B&M for less. How to improve??? ANSWER your emails, and don't scam the customers, there is more than one person you have done this too. Such a shame as I'm all for supporting small businesses. Shocking service, Shocking value for money! Please AVOID.

Dan is doing a great job I can not dispute that. However, when you keep getting emails asking how was your order, and it's yet to arrive after a week...its a little frustrating.
Now I understand that a boat load of orders, waiting for stock, delivery services can be factors in my wait. I have no issue in waiting, I have messaged to ask if there is an update as I go on holiday Soon, but I haven't had a reply as of yet.
I know you're a one man band, and yes, you're doing an amazing job. Keep up the excellent work. I'm definitely eager to see what is in my mystery box.
