Paid expedited shipping $65
It’s now Halloween and still no dress.
Fed Ex had it held in customs. Couldn’t file a claim as a recipient, also Pay PAL took the side of seller so am still awaiting dress and the $65 refund - over 20 emails and way too many hours for ONE transaction. You be the judge.
I ordered a dress from their website and had to have it custom sized. I received the dress and it is nothing like the one advertised on their website. They admitted to using picture filters and that they do their best to recreate the dress. It was the wrong color, style, material and quality. They refused to refund me because it was a custom size even though they falsely advertised the dress. There policy does state that custom dresses are not returnable and I understand that in a situation where you receive what you ordered but want to return it. I do not understand it when they don't provide what was ordered
Very suspicious site and reviews on their website is also suspicious. If you click on the photo of the dress, it doesn’t reflect the back or side of the dress. May be a fake website to try to obtain your personal info and credit card number. BEWARE!!
