I asked for a mug with blacks and silvers and "witchy vibes." I did NOT ask for a witch to be put on it, but I was sent a mug with a horrible drawing of a witch on the outside (Halloween colors with gross cleavage). I asked if I could send it back for them to correct it (just cover in black) and they said no and that they gave me exactly what I asked for (all in broken English). I also ordered it during black Friday and it did not arrive until January. Horrible customer service and product.

This people are a SCAM!!!!

The mug came after 2 months and was nothing like the picture!!!!!!

I’ve ordered on the 6th of November for a Christmas present came after 2 months!!!!

Genuine company. Delivery took about 4-6 weeks. I ordered 3 cups at and only received one. I quickly messaged them via whatsapp and they spoke with me (best is if you can use Chinese to talk to them). They instantly made sure I received the other 2 cups. A long waiting time due to their back order of products ,but I can guarantee this is a real company .

I was a little worried about my purchase once I saw the bad reviews however I like to give small businesses a chance so I persevered. I reached out via instagram messages and confirmed the progress of my order. I received confirmation and an ETA right away. As their website states it can take up to 2 months for the mug to be made and posted I understood what the wait period would be. After just over a month the mug arrived. I ordered the mug for a friend whose fur babies passed away and I can genuinely say she was very emotional and loved the mug. The attention to detail with the painting and sculpting is very thoughtful. She adored her mug. Would highly recommend.

Scam. Lodged a paypal dispute and they ruled in my favour - just FYI for anyone battling with these scammers. Don't waste your time - lodge the dispute whilst you can. Took 8 weeks to receive a mass produced mug with a random dog glued in the middle. Do not order from this drop shipping company.

Firstly I was given false tracking numbers that went nowhere. After trying to contact them for over a week, I sent another message saying I'd contact through PayPal if I didn't hear back from them. They very quickly gave me new tracking numbers and assured me it had been sent. A package finally arrives and it is NOTHING like what I ordered. They advertise a beautiful custom product, but they sent a tiny, store bought mug with some random dog glued into the center of it. Nothing custom about it. Not the painting I ordered, not the dog I ordered, not the size I ordered. I paid $140 and recieved an item worth $5.

Love their mugs! Their shipping took some time (1.5 months), but the mugs were well wrapped and nothing broke. The craftsmanship is amazing!

Order said shipped 27th November but nothing has arrived. I got one message from them when I questioned but now has gone silent. I wish I had researched before buying. DO NOT BUY

Arrived smashed and when I asked for the situation to be rectified they played dumb- asking me to send photos of the broken cup when I already had TWICE, and saying “it will be fixed later sorry”??? What does later mean. Absolute scam.

I have received multiple tracking numbers that do not work and have not received anything now more than a month after ordering. Customer service is irresponsive and unhelpful

I have not received my order even though they say it has been shipped. Tracking code is not working and customer service is not helpfull. I am very worried that I will never receive my order :( It was shipped 27 nov and I still have not received it.

These guys are AMAZING ! I cannot sing enough praises of this artist and their work. They made the cups with my animals so beautifully and were very responsive and helpful whenever i enquired about it -- even updating me on the progress with photos. I did have a slight delay with shipping but again they were super supportive and kind and kept pushing UPS to get my parcels to me. The cups all arrived in pristine condition and were packaged very carefully and honestly it's been a delight and worth the wait :-)
