This is an absolute lifesaver. Whenever I get the magnesium deficient twitches at night I put it on and I go straight to sleep. It is amazing.

Really disappointed with this company. I have been using the magnesium butter for my children for a few months, not sure if it makes any difference but continued to use it and decided to buy the large jar. This is my third jar and it isn’t the same as the previous 2. The butter is gritty, crumbles off when you try to rub it in and has a puddle of oil on the top. I contacted sweet bee organics who advised me to remix it myself by warming it up and then stirring for 5 minutes and resetting in the fridge, I did this and it made no difference. They asked for photos of the product which I sent, and then they told me to try remixing it again!! Waste of money and time! I won’t be buying again.

There is not a way to cancel a subscription only skip a shipment. Beware of sites like this!

I ordered this as my daughter had purchased it. Mine arrived and was grainy in texture and the smell was like rotten vegetables, not pleasant at all. I contacted the company as the date on the product was not visible and wondered if it was out of date, hence the smell. I sent all the details and initially they were prompt and seeking various bits of further information. Then silence for a good few days, lots of chasing from me. Eventually got a replacement but sadly it’s the same batch number and the use by date is not visible, so I’ve been sent exactly the same batch and product that I was complaining about in the first place. Very disappointing all round and makes me very nervous about the genuine ethics of the company. Probably based on hype sadly. So I would not recommend.

I have been using this product for over 8 months. I liked the sacred skin face oil and the glow. But try to get your product. I had to go on a subscription to get it on time but 3X was the case they were out of one of the products. You can only correspond via email and then you wait for a response. Was on line 25 minutes.
I ordered as a gift to my sister-n-law on January 6th. It has not left the facility. When I inquired, I was told they are back ordered and could not give me a date for shipping. THEY ARE STILL BACKORDERED. They don't tell you it is out of stock when you place the order. Why would I give this as a gift if my sister-n-law can't even get a hold of it. I am embarrased. There are other alternatives out there.
I think they are overwhelmed and above their heads.

Defect Products, just marketing.
The products aren’t what they say they are, they just no different than your ordinary off the shelf products. It’s all marketing these days and no real product that makes a difference. They use the word organic, but if they were investigated I know 100% there wouldn’t be all 100% organic. I’ve contacted customer service regarding a faulty product and they never got back to me

Well, I made a stupid mistake and ordered again, as products I’d bought in the UK were good. Placed an order on 27th December, still waiting - they’ve had my money for weeks.
Sent a message to their email address and have been talking to a bot ever since. I asked for an immediate refund a few days ago, explaining that I was fed up waiting and the bot sent a message back asking why I wanted a refund. I replied, explaining why (again) and was informed the refund would be passed to a human to deal with. No further communication was had, until I got an email asking how the chat bot’s service was.
Sent another message today advising them to refund my money immediately to be told that suddenly, my order had dispatched and there’s nothing they can do - how convenient!
Well I’m disgusted with you Sweet Bee and don’t want your junk anymore, so get a collection arranged now. I doubt very much it’s even left the warehouse…
Hollie, you should be ashamed of the state of your company now.
Anyone who’s reading this and thinking of placing an order, I’d advise you to take your custom elsewhere, there are businesses way more deserving of your cash than this one.

Edit: Order arrived, smashed due to zero packaging underneath products. On the upside, a real human finally replied to my email trail and had promised a refund.

I placed an order with Sweet Bee and it did not ship for two weeks. I then asked they cancel my order and issue a refund. They sent an email stating my order was being transferred to customer service to cancel yet I still have not received a credit to my credit card. I have contacted several times without further response. There is no phone number to call, I would not trust this company.

Recently purchased the Winter edition of the magnesium sleep balm, awful smell, kept me awake until I washed it off, sorry but I won't be using this again!

Terrible customer service, waiting and waiting and waiting for shipping but they managed to take my money immediately upon ordering.

Disappointing experience for a first order. When you order the company suggests delivery is in 3-5 business days. This is not the case. There are no delivery updates and the order is still pending. I have contacted the organisation, but they just have an auto message on saying they are very busy.

I purchased Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter, from Sweet Bee Organics. I have wasted money on a few other products hoping their product lived up to the company’s promise, only to feel that I was a fool.
When I got the Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter, again I was optimistic and followed the directions. So pleased to report that for the last four nights, (the number of nights I have had the Butter), I’ve averaged 8 hours of sleep, and fairly easy falling back to sleep, after nightly bathroom visits. I am a 69 year old male in good health, and now sleep issues are in the rear view mirror. Do yourself a favor, and believe the product claims from Sweet Bee Organics, I did, and now my life is better!

I personally started using Sweet Bee Organics products this year and I have to say I feel better than I ever have. I am 57 and I take magnesium butter, Elderberry, Inner wisdom, sacred roots, Inner Glow and of course Glow for my face. I have created my own daily rituals and can’t wait to get my sweet bee fix for whatever time
Of the day that I start to crave it. I just added black African soap cleaner before I put on my glow. I could go on and on about all the ways I feel better. I’ve actually educated myself on on all the products. I’ve also lost 30 pounds that yes I did need to lose and it’s because I added so many wonderful products to my routine that I believe they have helped me get on track. I get on the website daily looking for product info and learning about the products. I have a special cabinet that I put all my Products in and sad thing is I won’t share. Now I do go on my social media and give shoutouts, Because I truly believe the products work. I feel Blessed to have found these products.

Shocking customer service. Tried to get delivery updates. Told that the delivery postcode doesn’t match the order number, yet the order confirmation clearly shows they do.

I love the consistency of the magnesium cream, and the seasonal winter fragrance is amazing! I had a shipping issue and their customer service team was all over it. Will order again!

Very late shipping - items returned and refund has still not been made.

My Mum has been struggling with her health the past year, her sleep has been heavily disturbed and the magnesium sleep butter has been a game changer.

I recommend it to anyone and everyone, a natural product that helps with relaxation, sleep, period pains and anxiety, and it’s suitable for children. It’s just incredible.

Their customer service is outstanding, with loyalty schemes, easy subscriptions and genuine care, I cannae sing my praises more for this company.

Support, support, support.

I ordered what I thought was a one-off small trial pot, only to discover that I had subscribed to monthly pots and payments. Unsubscribing was tricky as I was taken through a maze of obstacles and choices until I was finally able to unsubscribe....an unethical way of subscribing and keeping people subscribed. On top of all that, the product does not even work.

I was drawn in by Sweet Bee Organics products and their heavy promotion, but my first order has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a few items and one being the Sweet Bee Deep Sleep Bundle (£59.99) and the eye mask arrived in a box that had clearly been opened and returned. The packaging inside was ripped, poorly presented, and marked—completely unacceptable for something at this price point, especially as it was intended as a gift.

I emailed the company and received an automated response promising a reply within 48 hours (but normally within 24 hours). It is now well past that timeframe, and I have heard nothing back. The lack of customer service and accountability only adds to the frustration.

For a company that spends so much time promoting itself, I expected far better quality and care in both the product and the service. Sadly, my experience has been one of disappointment. This feels like a company that is more interested in marketing than actually delivering quality or respecting its customers. I will never order from here again.

Really bad, slow and unresponsive customer service. My gift card never arrived and they kept telling me to check my spam. It’s not in spam or my email box. Then they ghosted me. Stay away. Expensive products should have good customer service and this was does not.
