My Account was suspended for fraud?
My account was suspended after I won, I didn't commit fraud... When I signed up, I said who I was and I verified who I am.
I'm completely disgusted by companies who make up their own rules. They made sure to take my deposit and risked the funds I made but that's ok!! I was shown how another one of these companies work!!

I am going neutral with the option to move the rating higher. There are quite a few things I like, in fact other than the redemption process there wasn't anything that prevents me from giving them 5 stars. I will give credit to Mike who is in charge of customer service. Unlike many other sites, who will turn tale and run the first time a customer has an issue, Mike will read what you have to say, acknowledge your concerns, especially when they are valid, he may not agrée of be in a position to get you the resolution you feel is just, but he won't ghost you. I will give him props for that.

A DEFINITE WORK IN PROGRESS PATIENCE REQUIRED
Making a payment didn't register the first 2 times, so when making a redemption was EXHAUSTING! I had to make a second payment in order to get the system to accept and recognize my debit card and then verify it , which was another story itself. It sucks because after each redemption which is only 100 minimum and max daily (the worst)the payout options reset so u have to make a purchase complete the playthrough just to redeem your winning from possible the winning from first purchased or promo'd sc. The winning are great just getting it back is made to almost make you say (F)orget it. OH ND the virtual card payout A NOOOO u can't get cash or make any important payments or even use it to purchase sc on the game site that funded it

Buyers beware
Buyers beware. This is the only online casino that has this goofy play through rule so don’t expect to cash out at all. If you buy 100 sc coins for 50 bucks, once you play the 50 sc through once you can o ly withdraw whatever amount you have left over 50 SC… the remaining SC is considered a promotion and must be played through 20 time so that is 1000 sc, so if you have 49 SC left you can cash out 0 dollars. If you have 120 SC, you can only cash out 70 until you have played the other 50 through 20 times…. That’s after a purchase. I played my money through and was planning on cashing out the 63, but I only had 13 dollars available for cashout. This is the only casino that tricks people like this every other casino you buy a package and you have to play it through and you can cash it out, but this place pretty much takes the whatever amount you get over what you paid because they make you play it 20 times before it’s available.

Purchased SC and Bonus SC are treated differently. Bonus SC follow their own promotional playthrough requirements, while purchased SC become eligible for redemption once the applicable requirements for those funds have been met. They are not permanently converted into bonus funds.
