If I could rate 0 stars I would

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I bought a parasol through B&Q in June, it was delivered approximately two weeks late for which I did not complain. After having it out in our garden for two weeks the stitching came loose and there were big holes in it-therefore we could not use it. At this point we had only used it twice. We have sent dismantled it and have also discovered that one of the arms is broken.

Terrible experience

I purchased a pergola and a pair of loungers. I received the pergola first with no problems. The loungers, after a delay of several days, arrived with bent pieces and other missing pieces. To put it simply, "SWEEK DON'T HAVE A CALL CENTER." They only communicate via email. It takes about two days to respond to each additional email, and they're throwing the ball between the warehouse and the headquarters. The fact is, it's been about two and a half months since they've shipped the missing pieces!! Unbelievable. Other sites with similar prices are better. ABSOLUTELY AVOID!

I hope to use the loungers by December.

I repeat: AVOID THIS SELLER.

You didn't ask for anything at all. I detailed the order in detail, complete with photos and everything you might need. So please don't write such nonsense.

Two months to get refund on damaged item

Table arrived with damaged extension mechanism. Sweek wanted us to source the part and repair it ourselves! The back and forward with messages took 2 months to resolve.Requires over 30 photos, which had to be compressed! What a waste of a lot of time and far too much energy to get this resolved. In the process, it cost an extra £38 to buy a new table. This was never refunded. Whilst the customer service agent was lovely, the actual service was rubbish. Offered a 5% discount code as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ What an insult. Then offered 20% Apart from there being nothing on the website I need, I’m certain I’ll ever be buying from Sweek again!!

Have you got a masters in engineering?

Ok so the furniture looks ok (sofa, two chairs and glass table for the garden) but …. according to the instructions building it will take 2 people 30 minutes. Well maybe, if one of you is the world’s strongest man, the other is a contortionist and one of you has an engineering degree. We are two hours in. At this point I’d happily just sit on the box. And now it’s raining (that bit probably isn’t sweek’s fault….). Summer might be over before we finish.
In all seriousness, set a lot of time aside and it’s not for amateurs.

The worst online furniture shop

The worst online furniture shop. If you’d like to return their product, 20% would be deducted from the total amount- as it did with me, where they arranged the collection without giving me an option to arrange the postage myself.

The quality of the sofa was laughable. Cheap Chinese product being sold as Norwegian product. The customer service has good communication but no help, unless they want to scam you. I paid £120+ to return the sofa which was poor in quality. I will be making a claim against this and currently waiting to hear back from our family lawyer. We will be taking them to Small claims court for breaching consumer rights act. Furthermore, this will be shared on social media platforms.

We should have trusted the “Trustpilot” reviews. If you cannot afford good quality sofa, even then don’t spend your money here. You will be a much more worst place with them. Spend another £100 /£200 to ensure you receive a product which you can use. The sofas are small, thin padding, and if you are conscious about your weight, then forget using these as the sofa will break

Delivery

[27/12, 12:13] Carlos Sá Portugal: Delivery was terrible. I bought a heavy product and only the driver came to deliver it and it required at least three people. He still argued with me because I should have known that I had to help make the delivery. No one at any point during the purchase told me that it was necessary to have helpers. Even because I didn't know the delivery date.

Ainda discutiu comigo pois eu deveria saber que tinha que ajudar a fazer a entrega. Ninguem em nenhum momento da compra me disse que era necessário ter ajudantes. Mesmo porque eu não sabia a data da entrega.

Terrible service

Terrible service ordered a bookshelf came with missing side panels and damaged parts. You cannot call and talk to anyone. They just keep emailing asking for more pictures etc rather than deal with the issue. Avoid from buying from this company. The worst service we have ever received.

To say I am disappointed would be an understatement...

One of the TV Stand legs I ordered came damaged. I chased them up with no reply. I then built the TV Stand and low and behold after a month it broke, my entire TV almost fell to the ground. I reached out again just to get a replacement leg, and they came back and said that it was my fault and the TV was too big. Nowhere on the AD does it state a maximum TV size. They then said it was my fault for using the faulty leg so the warranty doesn't apply. I then said fine I will pay for the new leg, they said £15 which I agreed to and said they would send a payment link. Now they say they can only accept bank transfers with a PDF of proof. In all honestly, I don't even want to send this company any more money because of the terrible customer Service. Please save yourself the hassle and avoid using this company

Do not use this company I purchased a…

Do not use this company I purchased a bistro metal four table and chair set
Within one month one of the chairs broke
I contacted customer services and provided pictures
They said that the chair had signs of
Corrosion and I obviously had not looked after it

They then provided me with care instructions apparently garden furniture should not get wet

They have refused to replace

My partner purchased two sun loungers…

My partner purchased two sun loungers end of may.
The product is of poor quality as the length of legs and other parts are not equal which results in the product being unsturdy and clealy unsafe .
We have both attempted to contact this company on numerous occasions but to no avail. The ‘so called’ helpline number is not an helpline as cuts off even within the business hours . This is basic lack of customer service

Poor customer contact and bad practice

Last week I ordered a bbq from this company on Amazon France…. Later in the day I had a message saying my payment has been declined however having contacted my bank the payment is pending and therefore waiting for the company to carry out the transaction….I have messaged the company informing them of this however this morning another message saying payment has been declined !! I have heard nothing back from the company . Maybe I will now I’ve given them a 1 star!!

Vinci sofas - great customer services

I bought my Vinci sofas from the company when it was called (Alice's Garden) in a Natural colour rattan and oatmeal colour cushions etc. I have had them a few years now and they are still as good as the day I bought them. I love them dearly. Sadly during a storm the wind lifted one of the chairs and smashed the feet onto one of my glass coffee tables and it shattered. I doubted I could get a replacement because it was a few years ago I purchased them but Lauren from the Customer Services department managed to locate the glass size for my Vinci set and placed a link for me to order and I have it now. Only a few days after contacting her. That's what good customer service is all about. Yes I would buy from this company again because I bought two sets of the Vinci Rattan furniture which stay out all year except for the cushions and they are like new. I just jet wash them in the summer. I have them sat on top of pebble stones which on a normal windy day they don't move. 80 mph winds a different story but in hind sight I'd have put the glass in my garage. Became complacent having had them years without harm. Thank you Lauren and Rose for saying thank you on my behalf to Lauren. Lauren you are a credit to the company 😊
