I do not recommend dealing with this company. I placed an order on 1/20/26. I did not receive any shipping confirmation by the end of February so reached out to their customer service. I was told I would receive a tracking number once it reached my country. Nothing for another 2 weeks. Reached out again and they provided me a tracking number for an order placed 2 months before mine! I told them I suspect my order was missed and if they can’t provide proof of delivery for my order ( order # provided) to please process a refund. They never responded and haven’t responded to several following contact attempts. Buyer beware! Not a trustworthy company.

I worked with Per to get my shipment and he was awesome. Company was professional and helpful at every turn.

Swedish Products was an amazing vendor! Was is the operative word. Decent prices and quick shipping from Sweden. Things have changed. Now, they have some guy in the States shipping. They charge for shipping from Sweden but ship from some place on North Carolina. They charged me almost $70 shipping (60 cans) and it was shipped book rate from the Carolinas! The package never arrived . I had to dispute the charge because they would not respond to my inquiry. Beware, this is not the same company.

They owner is a scammer! My order is 90 cans was missing 30 moreover it was not what I asked. I expect to get what I asked for not whatever you want to send. No emails or calls are even answered. AVOID swedishproducts.online at all costs!

The worst customer service ever

-They don't send you what you ask for.
-They do not give you a tracking number for the shipment.
-They do not respond to your messages or inquiries.

-My last order was last week and they didn't respond to me until I threatened them that I would contact my bank to get my money back.

When you order something from their site you’re actually just back ordering and waiting a week for their response . The shipping is extremely slow and sometimes don’t even have the product

Great products and always delivered in time. being buying for years. Some problem with communication when trying to reach them (probably due to time zone difference)

Order arrived and was able to track it and it arrived in good time to NZ but i payed about 40 usd which is almost around 80 nzd jsut for shipping (with ups) and it was shipped through some company called PostNord who also did not listen to delivery instructions. Advice be careful when ordering from them and make sure you have an account they range from pretty good orders easy to track and quick but sometimes they can take months and months if you can try find another company.

Company did not use delivery service paid for. Products didn’t arrive. No response to phone or email for 3 weeks.

Ordered over $250Usd worth of product and received confirmation email about the order. A week and a half later no response from company after 4 emails sent. Still no reply or shipping info

Order showed up wrong, was promised a refund for my order and after months of repeated emails to them I still have not received my refund. Very poor customer service.

Easy and reliable. I have been a customer for years and delivery is always quick. Customer service is outstanding!

Very responsive customer service throughout the entire process - minor PC glitch (from my end - not the fault of SPO) was even considered and addressed in quick time.
