Product is exactly as advertised and works well for me, a former smoker of 33 years and a current vaper of 10 years. I use the pouches when I go out so I don't have to carry a vape or worry about 'vaping areas'. I vape 3mg and the 3mg pouch works for me for about 1.5 hours.
