Order was never shipped, and I never saw my money again
This is fraud.
My order was never shipped, and I never got my money back.
I was in contact with customer service many times, because they never shipped my order. They promised me that they would ship it, but suddenly they told me that they needed my personal ID-number/tax number to be able to ship it. There was NO need for that because I had already paid with a credit card (not an invoice). After I told them there is no way they are getting my personal ID-number, then miraculously they found a solution to this «problem» and told me they could ship it anyways. And again, they never did.
At last, I demanded my money back since this was over a month since I placed the order. They promised me to give me a refund, but they never did despite several e-mails from me.
They always answered my e-mails, and promised to fix the problem, but nothing ever happened.
Since all of this is documentet, I got my money back from the insurance on my credit card.
