Shipping takes months, very slow customer service. Never again!
I purchased a pair of shoes on november 29th and expected them to arrive after five to nine weeks, because that’s what the website said.
After nine weeks had passed and I still hadn’t received my purchase, I contacted the customer support and asked for an update. They said that they’d look into it and get back to me, but they didn’t, so, I contacted them again. After sending multiple e-mails back and forth and repeatedly being lied to about the status of my order, a few days ago they told me that I’d have to wait for another month, which would’ve been over four months in total!
I decided to cancel my order and they refunded me my money very fast, which was the only positive thing about the whole experience.
I do understand that “made to order” products can take a little longer to ship out and I was willing to wait a few weeks, but 4+ months are honestly a ridiculously long time. They could’ve at least offered some kind of compensation, but they didn’t. All I got was a “sorry, but you’ll have to wait for another month.”
It’s unfortunate, because I really liked their shoes and I wanted to have them, but the way they dealt with everything was extremely chaotic and unprofessional and I won’t purchase anything from them again. It was just a waste of time.
