I loved this experience with the SWE Accelerator. This experience really gave me a new light to the SWE internship/job grind and most of all it helped lead me in the right direction. Before the SWE Accelerator I was lost and just spamming applications with the same trash resume, but this program helped turn my career completely around.

It works, it works it works. Its the program you have wanted, but couldnt find. Dont waste time “thinking” about joining. Just join, and start your new life. It took me only 3 months to get a job after 3 years of searching by myself.

Was able to land an internship after graduating with B.S. in computer science with the programs help and then by fall landed a 200k+ new grad big tech job. Definitely worth the investment if you are a new grad looking for help into breaking into the swe industry.

The resources given were essentially a shortcut to “accelerate” the job hunting process, covering all crucial bases, including resume refinement, technical and behavioral interview prep, referral and networking strategy, and invaluable mock interviews.

I completed the Software Engineering Accelerator program. While I wasn’t able to secure a job offer by the end of the program, Aman did honour the guarantee and provided a full refund.

What the program did well:
The program genuinely helped me level up in several areas. I learned how to network effectively, how to reach out for referrals, how to improve my resume, and how to be more strategic when identifying companies and new openings. It also helped me build stronger LeetCode fundamentals and consistency.

Most importantly, I was able to secure many interviews that I otherwise wouldn’t have gotten, largely due to the networking strategies and referral techniques taught in the program.

Where the program could improve:
I think the program would benefit from offering more resources and coaching specifically for System Design. A structured accountability or homework framework (similar to what already exists for LeetCode) would make a big difference.

I also wish the program emphasized learning techniques like spaced repetition, especially for LeetCode. It’s easy to forget problems solved months earlier, and it becomes difficult to review hundreds of previously solved questions right before an interview.

The program included four behavioural mock interviews (with FAANG recruiters) and four technical mock interviews (with FAANG engineers), which were valuable. However, these were only available during the first two months. Having built‑in access to additional mock interviews later in the program would be helpful. I was able to get a few extra by messaging Aman directly, but it would be great if this were part of the program structure.

Overall:
This is a solid program for learning how to network, get referrals, and improve at LeetCode. And yes, if you put in the work and meet the requirements, they do provide a full refund.

The knowledge from the recruiters pushed the needle forward. Structure for Leetcode kept me in check, paired with Claude Code to help me understand faster.

With the help of the program, I was able to gain more confidence in myself and land a job within a month.

Title: Got my Amazon offer, would recommend with one caveat

I joined the Accelerator about a year ago and recently accepted an Amazon SWE internship for the summer. Going in, I thought I already had a strong resume and decent interview prep. I was wrong on both counts, and the program is what showed me that.

The resume reviews completely changed how I positioned my experience. I genuinely don't think my resume would've gotten shortlisted at Amazon without them. The mock interviews were the other big unlock. The feedback I got surfaced execution habits I didn't know I had, and I still keep those notes as a checklist I review before every interview. That's something I'll carry with me well beyond this one offer.

The coaches are the best part of the program. They're sharp, generous with their time, and actually working at the companies you're trying to break into.

One caveat, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5: the price is high and seems to keep climbing. I got my money's worth and never planned to invoke the guarantee, but I'd encourage anyone considering it to go in clear-eyed about the cost and the work required. The program doesn't land you a job. It gives you the system. You still have to grind.

Amazing coaches with amazing insights. What I love most about this program is the community. It’s made up of people who are in the same boat as you, trying to land a job, as well as people who have already gotten one and can share valuable advice on the process and what to prepare for.

The coaches and students are super nice, and I’ve definitely learned a lot about job hunting and programming. I also really like that we get access to NeetCode Pro. Because of this program, I landed my first paid offer.

The program well designed to get ready for internships

Great Program! It was pivotal in helping me land my SWE internship. Made the pathway to landing solid SWE roles extremely clear and straightforward. I had the drive to succeed, I just didn't have the pathway. Aman and his team gave me what I needed get to the next level

It was a great experience and they helped a lot, especially as I didn't have much experience in job searching. I went from no experience to getting an internship at a mid-sized company, even though it was already March!

I was already grinding LeetCode but wasn't getting interviews. The resume rewrite made an immediate difference — I started getting calls shortly after. As an international student, the cultural shift of applying in the US was a real challenge, and the guidance here saved me a lot of time navigating that. The mock interviews also gave me a real confidence boost going into actual rounds. If you're already putting in the prep work and want structured guidance to maximize your results, I'd highly recommend this program.

I think the SWE accelerator is absolutely valuable. I'm pretty skeptical on courses I find on social media but this is some rare find. Aman has some pretty in depth modules which covers every damn aspect of the industry. There is literally so so many things I didn't know about the recruiting process which I understood through this program. Also the team is very experienced and helpful, these guys know their sh*t. I kind of got lucky in my applications and got a FAANG+ interview. I was so sure I'm not gonna make it through the interview its kinda sad. But I had mock interviews and feedback from people working at big tech companies and they were pretty brutal with me at first but their feedback was genuinely really useful and I improved. I know it takes a lot of luck too but I did pass the interviews and got hired. But this course is also a lot of work, a LOT of work. If you want to enroll, be prepared for the challenges.

The program it self is very useful - a lot of much needed information! I think the ideal time to join would be second year of college because it will give some more time to gain experience needed, work on resume and interview prep.
However, the requirements are not always relevant, for example, if it’s April and you trying to land summer internship applying earlier is always better then trying to get a referral and applying later (recruiters’ words from the program, not mine).
My honest opinion, if you need help with everything, when it comes to getting a job/internship and you want to have someone to keep you accountable, that’s a good investment! But other than that, not sure if it’s worth the price, and I think requirements should be different depending what time of the year it is right now and what is your goal position(e.g. new grad offer, internship, and etc).
Also, I feel that the program’s advertising and the actual result is different, because there is no magic pill, at the end of the day it’s a grind and a lot of work (so if you feel like you could get top tier resume and interviewing skills right away and not ready to grind - reconsider joining).

Lastly, I want to make it clear, that even though I don’t have an offer right now, I am interviewing with 3 different companies, and I don’t think it would be possible before I started the program, so for me, who had some unpaid experience + very bad interviewing skills, it was very useful.
Is it worth it? Can’t say before I get an offer, but definitely not a waste of money!

UPD: I got 2 offer after 2.5 months, both were pretty good, so I guess it’s worth it! Still a lot of hours put in, so keep that in mind!
