I messaged asking about a custom piece and received a response within an hour - they reeled me and I thought “great they’re responsive” and made a purchase.

Site says they will get in touch within 24 hrs with your design. I didn’t hear from them for a couple days so sent a message - no response. So I sent an email and it took about a day and half to receive a reply.

They finally sent the preview and I said it was fine and to go ahead - received a reply straight away and was told it was being made and I would receive a dispatch email within a day or two with tracking. This didn’t happen.

Left it a couple of days before I emailed again and messaged the chat again - never received a response from the chat and the email got back to me 4 days later saying it’s been delivered which by this point it had been. Really crappy service there - no dispatch and really sub par customer service.

The item itself is ok. Seems pretty well made but beware that it STINKS of vinegar.

Overall I wouldn’t recommend the site but maybe Etsy would be different.

I genuinely cannot believe I’ve never ordered from here before!
Ordered a custom T-shirt for my partner for Christmas, I got an email the next day with the mockup asking if I wanted to make any changes and if it was okay, of course I loved it and didn’t need to change a thing! It was then delivered within two days after that email!
The tshirt is amazing, the quality is amazing and I’m over the moon!

I have ordered from this company twice for funny t shirts - I have had tracking information sent and updated the whole way through. I get comments on the t shirt all the time. I have washed and dried it with no problems.

I ordered 2 T-shirts, both were sent out separately and I only received tracking and notification for 1. The product was okay, customer service needs work.
