Support is helpful & platform is good
Support helped me with failed swap (because I sent small amount of Litecoin). After 1,5 hours I got my Monero (XMR). I recommend this platform.

This company randomly holted my transaction with no expiration. After I followed up, they required KYC and after refusing needed a 3 day return period but did return all the bitcoin in the end. They responded very fast and were diligent about returning all my money although it took some time. Be careful of KYC before using this website

Thankful for Customer Support
My swap failed because I mistakenly sent more LTC than I was supposed to. I shared the transaction details with customer support and they gave me the option to 1) cancel the exchange and receive a refund or 2) complete the exchange using the amount of LTC that I sent. I chose to proceed with the exchange. From there, it took less than 5 minutes for the exchange to complete. Great customer support!

I'll give 'em 5 stars and it didn't…
I'll give 'em 5 stars and it didn't even work initially. The swap failed, but that would not be through the fault of swapzone. They did however make themselves available right away (specifically Jacob on customer service) and started to help sort it out. I was busy ass all hell and hardly responsive and most companies take the fair shot at an out, but when I popped back in half a day later, Jacob who apparently does not sleep, was there and hopped back in the conversation like no break was taken. I had to put out a dust transaction, but then ultimately the original provider decided to simply complete the initial swap. Rather than having to track down the inital company or being told to deal with them for it, Jacob was a gobetween dealing with swapzone and the intial provider. I don't know what he did but I know it got solved and I got my swap done. Buddy's good people. To their credit as well, they did not suddenly bother me for KYC as many companies tend to do the second the money changes directions and it's your turn to be paid out.

Shady floating rate for exchange
Shady rates. Crypto I was selling increased in price during the sending process. The one I was buying decreased in price before they confirmed they received funds from me. Yet I still got less out of it than it was estimated. And the estimate was already unfavorable. Their floating rate system is dishonest.
