No updates - still waiting - only took my money

I have now been waiting for a whole week for my phone I ordered from Swappie nl, and still haven’t heard from them. It should take 1-2 business days. According to post NL, the phone hasn’t been handed over to them yet. I have have send a request to Swappie nl but haven’t heard from them. So no updates, no answer, no nothing from Swappie - only they were happy to take the money right away, no delay here. This is absolutely last time I’m ordering anything from Swappie nl - I’m still waiting for an update.
