I always have a 5 star experience when buying phones on Swappa. Everything on Swappa is easy, from viewing the listings, to paying, to keeping in contact with the seller, to tracking your package. Every step of the way I know if I ever needed help, a Swappa team member would be there to help. This is the best service I have ever used for buying phones online and I trust them completely.
