Negative/positive
Negative: Part of the bicycle is cheap material, because of it things broke every few months. While you rely on their service closed for 3 days in a row especially on the weekend. Most of the bicycled overused, because of the motor function barely get any support while bicycling, mostly I have to do the work.
Positive: Friendly stuff mostly, always fix up my bike no matter what, the application quite well maintained.
Update after answer from Swapfiets:
Bicycle exchange do not solve the issue with the performance. Most of the bicycle the same by experience, you have to be lucky to get a bike that is new, so it is much faster.

If you feel like you are doing most of the work, there is likely an issue with the motor or battery. Please book a new appointment so we can thoroughly check the system or swap the bike for one that gives you the proper boost.
We also completely understand your frustration regarding our availability, especially over the weekends. When you rely on your bike daily, waiting for a repair is highly inconvenient. We are continuously working on optimizing our store hours and availability to keep you on the road as seamlessly as possible.

Fast but not efficient
The bike was changed fast but the one I got in exchange is quite bad.
No amortization and some rusty parts, I need to change it again.

While we are glad to hear that your initial swap was fast, we are very sorry that the replacement bike you received has rusty parts and is not up to our standard. You should always receive a bike that feels fresh and is in great condition.
Regarding the amortization, our standard city bikes are intentionally designed without active suspension to make them as robust and maintenance-free as possible for daily city riding. However, it definitely shouldn't be an uncomfortable ride or covered in rust! Please make a new appointment in our app so we can easily exchange this bike for one that is in proper shape.
