Quick setup and delivery, comfortable bike!
Great experience with appointment schedule, bike setup and delivery at the Milan store.
I have opted for a Deluxe 7 which I fond very comfortable and easy to use.

Good bike but not so agile
Very good bicycle but I am afraid it won't suite milan life style, I mean bike rides between traffic jam. Maybe it is not the best in agility moving between the cars, but I will see using it

I used an e-bike Power 7 a month and…
I used an e-bike Power 7 a month and half but one day it didn’t work, the battery was ok and everything was fine with it but power button was not working I guess because it didn’t start anymore for some reason. I took it to the Swapfiets shop to repair it but they took it away from me because they said that they didn’t have other bikes and they were not able to repair it. They just canceled my contract without asking me or discussing about it. No explanations no other offers or something. Very bad experience.
Also i am adding this because i had already payed one month subscription of january of which i used half and they said that they would return rest of the money but they didn’t. I had to call three times and go to office again to cancel my SUBSCRIPTION and get my money back AFTER TWO MONTHS!!!

Hi :) Unfortunately technical errors can happen with electric bike models. If we have not been able to replace your bike it is because we currently do not have availability for electric bikes yet. We have canceled your contract in order not to incur incorrect future payments :)
