Worst company ever.

I used the service of this company once in august 2020 and I paid. From October 2020 they started to ask me 70 euros for no reasons and when I asked why they were not able to tell me anything.
After 3 years of email by another credit collection company I decided to pay, but never again. Pay attention!

I am using their service in Berlin Germany for around 1.5 years. I don't have to worry about any kind of repairs which is the best part.

He didn't understand the problem and i am feeling pain in my knees while riding. On level 2nd and 3rd it is same there is no difference in riding. I am giving 1 Star because i didn't get any help.

The dirtiest company with the worst customer care helpline….. I had lost my bicycle key, I have requested it 4 to 5 times but till now there is no response from them.

Deceptive Eco-Friendly Claims: Swapfiets markets itself as an eco-friendly bike rental service, but my experience has been far from environmentally conscious.

Initial Pickup Disappointment: I opened my account and picked up my bike with high hopes, only to be severely let down. I used it only once on my way home, and the problems began immediately.

Misaligned Handlebar: The handlebar was not properly aligned with the wheel, and I didn't have the necessary tool to fix it myself during my journey home. This misalignment made for an uncomfortable and unsafe ride.

Constant Maintenance Issues: The very next morning, the front wheel was halfway empty, and the electric drive was non-functional. It's baffling that such problems arose so quickly with a bike that should have been well-maintained.

Clunky, Non-Electric Burden: Now, I'm stuck with a clunky, heavy, non-aligned, and non-electric bike. Instead of enjoying the convenience and eco-friendliness I signed up for, I have to wheel this impractical bike 5 kilometers to the Swapfiets office during my working hours.

Swapfiets' false claims of eco-friendliness, coupled with their poor bike quality and maintenance, have left me utterly frustrated and disappointed. This experience has been anything but the convenient and eco-conscious solution I had hoped for.

NOTE: was offered an appointment in their store, where i'd have to wheel the bike myself. No driver available to pick it up. The solution is for me to pump the bike in order not to wheel it on foot the 5-6 km to their location. AGAIN, absolute disaster as a brand new SWAP Client....
