You sent me a brown box deal that…

You sent me a brown box deal that doesn’t work and I’m going on a week without receiving a return shipping label and or RGA after emailing your customer service, so I can finally get refunded, so obviously you get a one star. UPDATE: They never did reach out to me like their automated reply says, just more lies by a company. Still no return label or RGA or contact. They have a telephone number that says no one is able to take your call. So a company with no customer service. Shop elsewhere.

Not a bad security camera,it has been…

Not a bad security camera,it has been over a week without the solar panel and it still holds up to 86%of the battery power.Resolution is pretty good and you can easily adjust the alarm,light and direction or angle of the camera.

Peace of mind

These cameras are pathetic

These cameras are pathetic. Never work, can never get live feed. And haven’t had any working now for 6 months. Try to reset but just continues to load. Support number on app is fake as it just says nobody is there.
UPDATE-nobody reached out to me via email.

Still no live view on iPhone and camera…

Still no live view on iPhone and camera lights never come on even when they are programmed to come on with any movement. it's been 3 weeks with support still no fix yet . Countless hours but no fix . Might update review if they can fix this issue. I cannot activate the icons " microphone, light, speaker etc. when I try to live stream any camera, the icons flash for less than a second over and over every minute or so . Preparing to stream just has a small circle spinning also on the same screen. Problem starts there, when I connected each camera to NVR on initial set up each light on each camera flashed on for 2-3 seconds then off so I know the lights are ok.

Cameras and lights work well, although there's frequently a delay between the camera catching something and when you're able to view the footage on the app.

An extremely patient and supportive…

An extremely patient and supportive customer support department. Always in contact with a human. Eventually a direct phone call with our customer service agent solved the problem. Same contact all through the process. Cant recommend more highly, our equipment was over 10 years old.
