The instant buy limit is ridiculous
The instant buy limit is ridiculous. So is the monthly ach limit. I would have gone with a different app had I known. Not everyone has the time to travel to the bank and do a wire. Nor should anyone have to.

Deposits take way too long to be…
Deposits take way too long to be available. Wires and withdrawals are also way too long too process. All other companies a wire takes a few hrs not more. Deposits are available right away. I made a small deposit and I need to wait 2 weeks. I made a wire a few days ago it has yet to come in

I couldn't believe how quick & easy…
I couldn't believe how quick & easy this was - start to finish in what felt like 30 seconds. Used a local ATM earlier to try it out for the first time - very easy but HORRIBLE exchange rate!
I've had a few hundred dollars in BTC with Swan for a while but had almost forgotten about it as I've been back in my native UK. So I logged in again & was done in no time. Very impressed.

Easy process for buying.
Once I was set up on the Swan system everything started to come together nicely. My last purchase was very easy and the communication was excellent.

New terms include unexpected fees.
After a period of inactivity, I logged on and attempted to make a smash buy. Found my account access was limited to withdrawals unless I agreed to new terms including a $25 per month fee. The new terms also force me to accept a new fee of .03% monthly unless I opt for automatic withdrawals. Was given a number to call, to opt out of the fees, and the CSR kindly removed my account from the "Swan Private" program, which I had never signed up for. The whole experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Will check out River for future buys.

Requireing information and other help.
I was having trouble getting to my account. Conner helped many times and thar was not easy. He was patient and professional. One more instruction and I will be happy. This has taken 2-3 months because of my computer skills and a faulty systen. Conner is still helping. I’m so grateful.

We’ve recently rolled out passkeys on Swan, which makes logging in much easier. Instead of entering codes each time, you can log in using Face ID or your phone’s biometric login on an iPhone or other supported device.
We also now support limit orders on the Swan mobile app, so you can set a price where Bitcoin will automatically purchase if it drops to that level. This can be set up directly from the Swan app once you’re logged in.
