Swanation 

I purchased 2 expanding photo lockets, both broken and cannot be repaired, impossible to get any response from the company. Yes a complete scam, Amazon should take action against this company to stop them fleazing more people

This company needs reporting. The goods come from China and are counterfeit. There is no paperwork and if you have to send back, if not satisfied, at you own expense. I have been trying for nearly two months to get a refund which they agreed too but alas still waiting.

Purchased scrub spinner, after 5 weeks I received a battered box with 2 replacement heads. I can not even send an email as it keeps bouncing back. It should be shut down. This company should not be allowed to advertise. Disgusted and very angry

I ordered the Spin Scrubber From Swanation on 20th September I waited 3weeks for it to arrive and low and behold They sent replacement brush heads I have emailed them 10 times and all I get is an automated email asking for a photo of the package I received I sent 5 Photo’s of the package and still the same emails I am a senior Citizen and thought that it would be a helpful item for me instead my money has been taken and I am left with something that is of no use without a handle ,,,this company should be brought to justice ,,,,,Christin Brame Exeter

This is an untrustworthy company I ordered a complete hurricane scrubber and only received replacement heads , scam !

I too have been scammed by Swanation.co.uk. Looked like a uk company, but just received 3 useless head brushes too.
Disgusting!

Something needs to be done about this company. Paid 49 quid for leather healing balm x 3 tubs. Checked the tracking code and it stated that it had been dispatched on the 29 th October on out bound flight from China. Since then the site is no longer available to track. Just scammers. When I ordered the site was Swanation.co.uk. Did not say anything about China!, scamming cretins!! Where’s my products or my money back??? I will take this further!,

Stay clear of this scam
I ordered an electric scrubbing set for my shower but when it arrived it was just three brush heads!! The brushes look cheep and poor quality but of course I can't use them anyway as there isn't any thing to attach them to !
The people opperating this scam are Horrible, disgusting low lives. I hope they get caught.

As many other mugs, I ordered complete system, only to have just 3 brush heads delivered..... This is a scam! I too wish I had read the reviews before ordering!

Bought a Rug which went it arrived did not match the advert, so emailed and advised i wanted to return the product to be told, i would need to pay the postage and send it back to china, or they would refund me 30% of price i paid. I have responded to say I am going to trading standards and will leave a very dissapointing review. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I WAS TAKEN IN BY THEIR ADVERT FOR ELECTRIC SCRUBBER AT HALF PRICE. FIRST IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DISPATCHED FROM THIS COUNTRY AND THEN IT CHANGE TO CHINA. I HAVE RECEIVED THE ORDER TODAY, IT IS THREE BRUSH HEADS. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SUPPOSED COMPANY.

Looks like I’m not the only one to be sent just the replacement heads - have had no joy with emails so we see if PayPal can help

TRICKED, by false photo advertising...like so many of us..I received the 3 cleaning heads only, and not the machine...absolute con!..thanks to everyone who has written a review on this disgraceful company..it helped me to make sense,of what had happened to me....please don't buy from swanation.co.uk...I lost £20 like so many of us on a useless product.

After reading past reviews I was worried I wouldnt get my order but today my two bags arrived and I am really pleased with them. Good quality.

Ordered 2 leather balms from Swanation.co.uk only to discover item dispatched from Shanghai. Tried to cancel order but no joy, they said it was dispatched and gave me a tracking number. Have tried several times to track but not recognised. Really think I've been fleeced. Swanation.co.uk is not uk based.

like most of you i ordered what i thought was the whole thing. only got the heads. whats worse is amazon sell the same set of 3 heads for £11.81 with free delivery. what a waste of £20 !!!

I've waited quite some time for this order and this was delivered yesterday, and lo and behold (like other purchasers) I only received the brush heads. These are useless without the handles so why send them out at all. Also the box they were packed in was extremely badly damaged which has caused the brush heads to flatten. Not particularly a problem as they cannot be used in any case!!
