I want to give 0. I placed an order with Swadesii and never received it. I tried reaching out several times but got no response at all.

No delivery, no tracking, and no customer support. Very poor experience.

Ordered a rug from this site, which I thought was bizarre because they sell Indian food products, but it was out of stock on Amazon and I found it on here. Ordered 15 days ago which is longer than the 8-12 day delivery time they give, and I hadn’t heard anything since, so I chased them up by email. The email came back undelivered so I messaged on Instagram. Saw the reviews on here so I went to go claim a refund through my banking app. As I was filling out the form I get an email saying the order has been cancelled. Very odd. Don’t know how they got verified on Instagram because they are clearly scamming people. Avoid!!

Scam! I placed an order a month ago. They give these automated b.s answers on emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Scam. Don’t buy from this company. It won’t ship and they won’t reply to emails or texts. I was patient and waited a month for a Christmas gift. It won’t arrive till after Christmas. They printed a shipping label after 12 business days, but didn’t actually take it to the post office. Bad business. I’m out the money and the gift for my darling 6 year old daughter. Shame on you for scamming people out of money.

Regrettably, a scam! No live agent, call the number, it disconnects and you get an automated text, also no response. Emails, unanswered for 3 days later, requesting information that was provided previously several times. Still no resolve, buyer beware of making a purchase.

I ordered a product from Sawdesi.com and have not received the product. Their customer support is unresponsive, and there’s no way to get a refund. It seems like a fraudulent website designed to trick customers with fake listings and low prices.

I placed an order with Swadesii expecting delivery between 8 to 12 days as clearly stated in their policy. It’s now been 17 days and I haven’t received a single update – no tracking number, no shipping confirmation, no response to emails or messages.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you can’t deliver within your promised timeframe, at the very least, have the decency to communicate with your customers. It's as if my order has disappeared into thin air and Swadesii doesn’t care at all.
I would strongly advise others to stay away from this store unless you’re okay with your money vanishing and being left completely in the dark.

I will give zero stars to this site. Their claims are frivolous. They do not deliver on time. They misplace orders and also do not give refunds.
I kept sending emails, and they kept giving me the runaround.
I ordered some supplements from India. If I have a choice, I will choose some other site.

These people are not worth than 0 star. I paid express shipping which was more than the product itself. Before ordering they mentioned on website will be delivered in 3-5 days. Even after talking to their customer service they shipped product in 5 days and said it will reach in 2 days. It’s been 12 days I still didn’t receive my parcel. Never order from this site

This company has a very slow shipping policy. It has been over 20 days and my order hasn't been shipped yet. I will never buy from them again

The WORST company ever , i was ordering products from them they said 8-12working days, already 20 days for today i didn’t get my items …

This is second time the same ,so delivery takes 30 days minimum!

Such a scammer they charged huge amount and send me not even half bottle now stopped replying to my email. I will again and again leave review and report about this website to make sure others are aware of their scam. When it came the ghee was stick to the top and when i put spoon after that i realized there is nothing in between. Now stopped replying great

Purchased product. 2 weeks later, not shipped. Product out of stock.Ask for Refund. Suddenly message it's shipped but will supply tracking no.when shipped. So its not shipped...I just want a Refund.No stock.Im over it. Update soon...Swadesi admitted they have none in stock at all...refunded me full amount apparently processed but don't see it in my statement......3 weeks now. ...never again

Gave the impression that order would arrive in about a week or so. Took 17 days. Then, they don’t show on their site the size in milliliters of the homeopathic drops they are selling from Dr. Reckeweg. They charged $10 US Dollars for a 11 ml bottle. Similar purchases I’ve done on other sites for less money were for the 30 ml bottle size. Didn’t realize I was ordering such a small size since no size was listed. The good is that the order did arrive. Took longer and one product was super small size.

Horrible product. The bottom of them are almost burnt, they have no flavor from what I remember them before. They're extremely dry. I have had these before and I know for sure that they are NOT supposed to taste and be like this batch. YUCK, YUCK, YUCK. BEFORE, it was buttery with a hint of vanilla. Now, it's more like those dog treats. Gross. 🤢
