Information about delivery is wrong…
Information about delivery is wrong (delivery guaranteed before Christmas but will be hopefully till the end of the year). Bad E-Mail support and wrong Telefon Number at the website for the Support in Austria. We are still wanting for the delivery.
Still waiting for the delivery, not before Christmas, not before 1st January. Very bad if you want to order gifts.
After my first rating I got a call from the shop. I was only told, that I had ordered too late. She was not interested in the information that at the websites a delivery before Christmas was guaranteed. Not the best reaction … so I would like to change the rating from 2 stars to 1 star because of the support team.

I was able to find and buy my desired Champagner only by Svindano. It was not available by Austrian distributors. Svindano has a great choice in a range of Champagner!

Had to pick up at a collection point....
The package arrived in good condition after quite some time. What is not acceptable that the cheapest forwarder was used. I had to go to a collecting place and carry home 12 bottles of wine. Not working for me. If I want to schlep I will buy in a market close by.
