Vibe is weak and ineffective. Needs to be much stronger. Company will not refund.

Great product, fast and discrete shipping

Really impressed with how unique the product is, and their customer service was great when I needed to use the product’s warranty.

The agent responded very quickly with clear, concise instructions.

Product itself has good build quality, good packaging, and delivery was on time.
Unfortunately it did not feel particularly good for either partner. It did not feel bad either... just did not add anything to the party.
They claim it's designed for average bodies. But the way the ring sits at the back, you need another inch of length, meaning the illustration of how it fits, you would have to be 7" long! Not using the ring at the back (move it out of the way) is a workaround.
The vibrations themselves are dull and uninteresting. We have other toys that feel much better.
The remote control stopped working mid session, and the button on the main unit is fiddly to use.
We basically took it off mid session because it was just interrupting us and didn't add anything.
For an expensive toy, this was a huge disappointment.

I honestly can’t recommend this company enough. From the moment I placed my order, the communication was great, and when I had an issue with the product, they went above and beyond to actually listen and understand what I was saying.

I was really disappointed with the original product because, unfortunately, the design just didn’t work for us. I explained exactly what was happening, and rather than dismissing my concerns, they took the time to understand the issue and even acknowledged that my feedback about the product description was fair.

Their customer service throughout the whole process was exceptional. They were understanding, professional and genuinely seemed to care about finding a solution. They offered to send me a different product to try, which I really appreciated.

It’s honestly refreshing to deal with a company that doesn’t make you feel like a problem when you raise an issue. Even though the original product wasn’t right for us, the way the company handled the situation has left me with a very positive impression.

I’m really looking forward to trying the replacement, and I would absolutely purchase from this company again based on the customer service alone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So far I’ve bought the snail my wife loves I got the the icon spark which is amazing and we both use the jovi wow love that too. Going to get the snail axi soon. So far 5 stars for everything amazing feel and all easy to use.

When I had an issue with shipping times and the tracking not updating, the customer service team was extremely helpful and was able to make it right. 10/10 experience despite delayed shipping.

Me and my husband got the snail Jovi couples toy and have had absolutely amazing experiences with it! This toy has really brought our sexual experience together in a way that honestly seemed impossible. We are on the complete opposite ends of the sexual Spectrum where he finishes fast and I take a lot more effort and multiple stimulations to be able to climax. First off, the toy itself (Snail Jovi) is great. It works well and with the remote, and has been enjoyable for my wife and me.

The purchasing experience was another. The original tracking number was a link to a “Parcel Delivery Service” page that was sketchy looking and only updated every day at 6pm, so it wasn’t reliable at all. At the same time, PayPal did find the USPS Tracking info that was created at the same time, but it took 5 days for the package to reach the USPS facility and begin updating. Honestly, may have felt better if that original link wasn’t provided and I was just waiting for USPS to receive the package. Just expect about a week between purchase and delivery, and a few days before it gets to the Postal Service if purchasing in the US.

Great product, the material used is very flexible, and strong. Fits well on different sized men, and it is very pleasurable for both. Definitely designed with the women in mind.
