Hi,
I bought Frankincense oil and castor and rosemary
I had a reaction in my skin although I blended the oils carefully
I had very bad rashes last week and would therefore like to return the product

It is possible to have a reaction from essential oils. Some people may experience allergic reactions or skin irritation, especially if the oils are used in high concentration or without being properly diluted.
Unfortunately, our returns policy does not cover returns for reactions, as this may be due to individual sensitivity and not a fault with the product. A tip is to always test a small amount first, as some skin types may be more sensitive.
