My experience with this company was amazing. I was a little apprehensive ordering from An online boutique for such a big purchase, however their service and final product was impeccable. They have for sure secured a repeat customer and I am afraid they may turn me into a diamong addict! I am already thinking of my next purchase, waiting for the perfect occasion. They kept me updated throughout the process and adhered to all requests when placing the order. The products are stunning and I wear them with pride, holding so much sentiment. I recently purchased a tennis bracelet from Svarna - At first I was nervous as it was a new website/business however, I am so pleased with my bracelet - It’s perfect! gorgeous packaging, amazing quality & super reasonable price for what you’re getting (real solid gold and diamonds!) - the gold and diamonds look so fab and I’ve worn it everyday for the last month and it still looks brand new. Excited to purchase again from this brand in the future!

They were swift with responding with my queries, didn't make me feel like I couldn't ask them any questions (with my limited knowledge of jewellery, there were A LOT of questions), they tried to understand the scope of what I was after really well, gave useful recommendations and were mindful of my budget and finding something that met what I was after which was within my budget.

I'd ordered a bespoke pendant and bracelet from them to gift to my parents. I can confirm that the products were of high quality, and were exactly what I'd hoped they'd be. My parents absolutely loved them too.
