Mambie Hoodie present

Ordered a mambie hoodie as a present for my wife and she really loved it. It was easy to assemble and also the delivery went fluid. Found this shop by accident when surfing around but really a "nice to know" for the future.

What a joke. Ordered something 3 weeks ago and keep getting updates stating it’s on its way but never arrives.
VERY VERY poor customer service
Will NEVER order anything from them again.

customer service

I ordered canvas pictures, 3 of them. I cancelled one of the canvas because I had left off 2 names and then I made a separate order for that 1 canvas. When the order came in for 2 of the canvas the frame was broke, which customer service replaced them. Never received the 3rd canvas. Was charged twice and still haven't gotten it. I am having problems getting a response to my emails of what to do. The over all canvas that I have received are beautiful.

Order was messed up by them

Order was messed up by them, tried to cancel and get my money back for several items, only got one item and never got money back for anything else. These were Christmas gifts, I lost about $400. Lesson learned, never again

Excellent!!…

I ordered 2 blankets as Christmas gifts for family members and they turned out incredible. The blanket quality is spectacular and the photo of our pets turned out better than I could’ve imagined. Highly recommend!

Non responsive customer service

Non responsive customer service. I have tried reaching out many times about my order. That was supposed to be delivered. The day before new year's as of today, january fifth, still no response and still no order delivered it.Shows that it shipped and that it's sitting in massachusetts.But again, no response from customer service.Whatsoever very, very disappointed with this company, I will never recommend them nor use them again

Had a problem with first blanket that I ordered was not at all happy with picture outcome so I contacted them and they asked for a different picture to see if they could make it right wich they did a great job could not be happier great customer service 👍👍👍

My first purchase perfect.

My first purchase was a Christmas sweatshirt for my wife “grandma” with the grandkids name and it was a big hit with her. The sweatshirt was very nice and good quality. Since my first purchase worked out so well I ordered a Christmas wall picture that turned out even better. We Love it! Thanks for being such a good company to work with.

Christmas gift:

I ordered their poster which they place a photo of your choosing. The poster came out better than expected. The poster is 12”x 26” a very nice size. The picture looks great blown up. I used a raw image. My wife and I are very happy with it. Now we need to shop for a nice frame.

Pleased with Product

I ordered the sherpa customized blanket. It was very soft and vibrant . Looked just like the picture! I liked how easy it was to customize and there were a lot of options to make it special. If you are ordering as a Christmas gift then I suggest ordering in November. I ordered mine the first week in December but it arrived after Christmas. Other than the timing, I was very pleased with the finished product and the person I gave it to was overjoyed.

Christmas Gifts gone terribly wrong

I ordered both the (God Says I Am - Custom BLANKET - Personalized Gift for Christian Girl, Woman, Sister, Mother, Friend, Wife, Girlfriend or Black History, African American) SHERPA BLANKET / 50x60 x 1 and the (The Prayer Changes Things Personalized Leather JOURNAL - Gift for Christian Girl, Women, Bestie, Girlfriend, Best Friend or Black History × 1) LEATHER JOURNAL / 5.8x8.5IN for my wife for Christmas.
I was told to expect a 5-18 day delivery which should have been delivered on Christmas Day. Now, based on the reviews that should have been adequate. I emailed Suzitee store several times to update me on the status of the shipping (even though they had provided tracking). The tracking showed both deliveries being held in Illinois for several days (this was after they had already cleared customs). I finally heard back from Suzitee on Christmas Eve informing me that the package was on its way - which I already knew from the tracking information. On December 29th I finally received the package, only to realize it was just the JOURNAL. At this point I was extremely frustrated because not only did the package arrive late but the BLANKET was missing when their tracking stated that it was delivered. I immediately requested a full refund for both the JOURNAL and the BLANKET due to the lack of responsiveness of their customer service, the lateness of the one package and the missing of the BLANKET. They responded within a few days after New Years Day saying that they cannot provide a refund because I did receive the JOURNAL, and that it was a “operational” mistake that caused them to “miss” the BLANKET. They said that they would re-print the BLANKET and ship it. We didn’t want the BLANKET nor did we want the JOURNAL we wanted our money back and to be done with this company. But, the company continues to ignore my refund request only to offer me a replacement BLANKET and store credit.
THIS IS NOT THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS EXPECTING! AS A CUSTOMER/CONSUMER IT IS BEHOLDEN OF A COMPANY TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER WHOLE OR AT THE VERY LEAST MAKE THINGS RIGHT!
I urge ALL customers to be aware and not support this company going forward! I will be taking further action as well.

Very Disappointed

I wish I could give zero stars! This is the most dissatisfied I have been with a company in many years. I never write reviews, but with a No refund or return policy I am very angry. Not only did the gift not make it for Christmas,but it took 2 days longer than the maximum 18 day delivery promised. The product is underwhelming, to the point that my children each asked why it was "scratched" and messed up. Please beware.
