If I could put zero star, I would. They are a third-party dispatching passports with visas from the US embassy. They shipped my passport to a UPS location based on a previous visa request. The UPS bar code had expired so I could not track my passport and was never sent an email saying where it was shipped to. I had to fly across the country to track my documents and finally retrieve them. I am opening a claim.
Giving this business 2 stars as they are quick to respond to your queries which is the only thing positive. However, their 40€ delivery service is just outsourced to UPS and you receive a t&t forcing you to stay at home at the mercy of the courier. Mine was scheduled for delivery in the morning but was delayed and I had to wait at home all day cancelling all my afternoon appointments. I strongly advise not to use this company ever and just go and collect your passport at the drop off point.
I've paid delivery fee during my US visa application but today I received an email from Suxesslogistic which requests me to pay the delivery fee again. There is no place where I can mention that I paid it already although I have the receipt and the pin of my payment
