Unreliable and Unprofessional – Avoid for Glass Installations
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sutton Locks and Glazing and the installer named Jake. I originally contacted them after being referred by another company to handle replacing shattered glass in my Korniche roof lantern. Despite providing all the details requested, including my address, and waiting patiently for over a month, the entire process was a frustrating waste of time.
From the start, communication was poor. It took considerable effort just to get in touch and set up a WhatsApp line of communication. After finally scheduling a date (which took three weeks of waiting), the installer suddenly claimed he hadn’t confirmed anything and pushed it out further. On the day he was finally supposed to arrive, he called last-minute to say he wouldn’t come at all because my location was too far—despite having all the details from the beginning.
In short, this was an incredibly unprofessional experience. If you value your time and want reliable service, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
