Schuhe mit Material Schwaeche werden nicht zurueckgenommen

Ich habe schon 2 Mal Stiefel gekauft, die einfach oben an der Oberfläche abgeblättert sind.

Die ersten habe ich im Sutor reklamiert und nach 6 Wochen einen Gutschein bekommen.

Bei den 2. ist das Gleiche passiert ( 7 Monate alt!!!!)
Als ich das reklamieren wollte im Sutor Geschäft meinte die Verkäuferin nur: " da kann man nichts machen, wir wissen ja nicht was sie damit gemacht haben???!!!"
Hallo, es gibt eine 2 Jährliche Gewährleistung????

Frechheit oder???? Nie wieder Sutor Schuhe

Schuhe- Sandalen

Schuhe, bzw. Sandalen in einer Filiale gekauft, beim 2. Gang mit Schuhen ist der Hauptriemen schon gerissen.
Mehrmals dies bei Sutor reklamiert mit Bildern usw., keine Reaktion überhaupt.
Obwohl somit ein Garantie-Fall, keine Antwort erhalten.
Konsequenz meinerseits, nie mehr Schuhe von denen!!!!!!!!! Scheibenkleister- Laden!

Ich habe mit Sutor.online.de eine unterirdisch schlechte Serviceerfahrung

Ich habe bei Sutor.online.de gekauft.
Zur Bestellung 203332 ist die Rückerstattung seit August 2023 überfällig. Habe ein Schuh zurück geschickt und trotzt Zustellung Sendungsnachweis keine Reaktion.
Es ist kriminell die Retoure zu erhalten und den Kaufpreis nicht auszuzahlen. Die Servicestelle reagiert nicht mehr. Absolute Frechheit.
Dieser Laden ist einfach unterirdisch schlecht.
