My experience at the Worrhing branch was anything but.

Disinterested man gave me a very unwarm welcome and showed no curiosity in finding out what k actually wanted.

I wanted to shop local and independent but instead went to dreams 50 yards away and get a very different experience and bought my mattress there!!

From start to finish this company are very good .
Karen in the tonbridge store was dry helpful lots of patience. Took time talking to me about my requirements.

Two very nice lads delivered my new mattress today .. no problems at all..thank you Sussex Bedsi will certainly recommend you to friends and family .J W tonbridge

I dealt with Ian, & he was very kindly, friendly, knowledgeable & patient with me. I tried 3 beds & took my time, as I was choosing much comfort, with having fibromyalgia. Very happy with the mattress I chose!

We chose to buy from Sussex Beds as they are a family firm and we are so pleased that we did. My auntie is housebound so I had to test beds for her, the staff were so knowledgable and kind and explained the pros and cons of each mattress to me patiently. When something wasn’t quite right the staff pulled out all the stops and went above and beyond to sort the issue. I cannot thank them enough.

Absolutely 1st class service. Karen was great, so friendly, knowledgeable and just great. Bought a new bed and mattress on Monday returned today, Wednesday to buy another mattress as we were so impressed.

Good selection of beds and mattresses. Very knowledgeable sales people, we explained my wife suffers from fibromyalgia and had certain requirements and we were shown a selection of mattresses that offeredwere just what she needed. Would certainly recommend.

Great customer service from Lydia in the Uckfield shop who helped us chose the right bed. The pricing was easy to understand and well presented. The delivery of the bed was well organised and communicated as they had stored it until we were ready to receive it. The delivery men did a great job of getting the super king size bed up our stairs! Very pleased with the overall experience.

Ours was an emergency purchase as our bed had broken. We visited the Portslade branch (closest to home) where we were greeted with a friendly smile. Having divulged the urgency and our requirement we were offered a clearance/cancellation which suited us. There were discounts involved and delivery with three days. Perfect!! We would recommend Sussex Beds for friendliness, efficiency, range of product and price. What more can I say.

I recently purchased two beds from the Maidstone store of Sussex Beds. I was impressed by the high standard of customer service and the personal attention to detail. Our experience was hassle-free and we were allowed the time to consider various options, before reaching a decision on our choice of beds. Katrina, the Store Manager, was also great at keeping us informed at all stages of the ordering and delivery process. John and Mark, who delivered our beds, were polite and professional, clean and tidy in their approach, and took extreme care in ensuring the beds were installed correctly and in removing all packaging, old beds etc. I would highly recommend Sussex Beds

Bexhill branch staff are always so helpful and friendly. They always provide a professional and excellent service. The delivery team kept us informed with emails and a call just before they arrived.
