Clearly a scam company.
I did place an order but did not receive any confirmation by email.
You can't contact them by email etc.
Fortunately they only offered me cash on delivery which is strange and suspect anyway.
No bank details were asked for or supplied by me.
This is obviously a way of getting people's email and home addresses!
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH THIS FAKE COMPANY.
As another reviewer said,they have our names and addresses which is FRAUDULENT.

Same as everyone else! Order placed and confirmation email received. Also ‘cash on delivery’, thought it very strange at the time. What is the point of them doing this? Apart from the fact that they have all our names, addresses and emails!!

I was going to order an item which was lot cheaper so I got suspicious and searched about this company whether they are legit.Came across about them in Trustpilot and my suspicion was correct about them being scammers! As one says if an item is lot cheaper, be suspicious and research about sellers before jumping to buy! A lot of venerable people are taken for a ride! I wonder why the trading standards authority doesn’t prosecute these sort of companies??

A mystery site. They wanted just an email and delivery address but PAYMENT WAS TO BE CASH ON DELIVERY - nothing ever turned up.

This company is a Scam.
Checking the history and details there's no evidence I cannot see anything about this been a legitimate company.

What ever you do do not pay by card or bank transfer.
I've emailed 3 times over 3 days but had not replys, I have submitted this review to the company and awaiting a reply then I'll update this review accordingly

Ordered from the site said they wanted cash on delivery. I said I want to cancel they said it’s being processed. I said this is a scam. I haven’t received anything from them. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering

I wish I read the reviews before I placed my order with this place.
Now, what can we do about our details been sent across already ?
Has anybody reported this place ? How can we do it ?

SCAM ——SCAM———they had my details; but I didn’t go ahead with my order, then you get an email saying they want cash on delivery TOTAL SCAM

I also took a look at this site , after checking them out here, and everyone saying the same thing, I decided not to bother with them, seems very shady to me. Someone here said they are nolinger trading but today the website was live , again very shady thankyou to all who posted reviews it helped a lot.

Susam Ltd has been dissolved check companies' house.

I think is something dodgy here, because they never sent to me what I ordered, they never answer to may email/calls, don’t trust.

THIS IS SCAM WEBSITE!!!!! BE CAREFUL!! THEY TOOK YOUR INFO!!! SELLING YOUR INFO TO A THIRD COMPANY TO SCAM YOU.

Exactly the same as the other 1 star reviews-should have read before ordering.
Lesson learnt but a concern they have personal details.

Scam. Do not order from here. All prices are stupidly cheap. If it looks too good to be true, it usually is.

But at your peril. You have been warned.

Not sure why this company isn't forced to close. They're obviously just gathering data (email and addresses), without offering any service at all. Ombudsman and consumer protection agency desperately need to investigate this company.

Should be investigated by trading standards also the UK government as to how this is allowed to happen:
SUSAM LIMITED is registered on gov.co.uk under the name Philip NICHOLSON a Director of 434 companies using several different location addresses.
Susam will process an order obtaining address, email & phone number while only offering cash on collection, there's no checks in place for the data collected which is required for a functioning business.

Don’t use, this is a scam. Purchased an item and was told I pay in cash upon delivery… what online service would ever to this! They then forwarded me to a service which asked for my bank details (£1 I would get reimbursed) to resolve my issue. Obviously I didn’t give any of my details but they now have my address and email which is worrying!
