they made it right plus some!!!
they are superb in my book!!! they made it really right!!! 7 out of 9 thing i ordered were right. they payed for shipping to get me the other two parts, they payed for shipping for the return and the sent me an extra something to make up for the mix up. i don't know if they even made any money at all on my order - i mean the prices were really good to start off with.

We use this device in a small business to burn 4 strands of paracord (used in Athletic Drawstring Backpacks) simultaneously. Works perfectly and quickly, significantly improving productivity and creating a clean/non-frayable cut. Highly recommend!

Strike Anywhere Matches Work Well
The matches light on a variety of surfaces. The initial ignition is quite good. These matches are similar to the strike anywhere matches we used to buy before meth heads caused them to be pulled from grocery shelves. I recommend this product.
