Review: I’ve had a really smooth experience with Surveyworld so far. The interface is incredibly user-friendly and it’s very easy to navigate through the dashboard. A lot of effort for minimal payment
The website has encouraged me to leave a review. I’ve used the website for a couple of hours and after one survey unexpectedly finished, I had multiple error messages over the next many surveys saying I still had one open in progress, when I didn’t. I was attracted to the site from an ad stating they were looking to survey a particular topic, but I’ve not received any surveys related to that topic despite matching that criteria. It took a couple of hours of surveys to reach a $10 gift card credit and then when cashing out you get told it will be a few business days until they pay out. But hey they’ve encouraged me to leave a review when I still have no idea if this website is even legit, so here we are.

Your surveys pay a lot less than other companies. I earn more taking one survey with another company than I have in over a month of your surveys!Often when taking a survey, suddenly it will say that I am not a good match after wasting time answering a number of questions.

No customer service
I finally built up enough rewards on survey world to cash out and in my emails it says that you can use PayPal but in the reward section it doesn't offer any way to connect your rewards with your PayPal and I've tried three times actually Four including the last time I contacted them to get help and it's through an AI texting on messenger and you get nowhere with it because AI doesn't know what to do because there's no human that backs it up and I've waited for about a week now for someone to get back with me to let me know how to do what website is not telling me to do so I give them a one-star because they do not have very good customer support actually they have no customer support and if someone disagrees with this I'd like to see you get a hold of me I do not recommend survey World whatsoever it's a waste of time unless you don't mind gift cards and stuff but that's not what I was in this for anyway good luck with getting any kind of help

Cashing out should be simple, and you shouldn’t have to chase support or rely on an AI chat that doesn’t solve your issue. PayPal is supported but at the time of your request the option was not visible; clearly need to make the process clearer and ensure you get real help when you need it.

Easy to use, could be more robust for pauses or interruptions
In general, the site is easy to use and the surveys are nice. I did receive a payout from the points. However, it is sometimes impossible to take any surveys. A dozen surveys will show up on the homepage, and I am automatically rejected from taking them when I click on them. They do not disappear though and I have to keep mental track of which ones I attempted.
There have been a great number of surveys error out and end with no chance to restart or gain credit for completion. It is not unreasonable to expect people may want to complete them during travel, or would need to open another tab for an email during longer surveys, and minor interruptions should not break the platform.
