Surveytime 

I was searching a survey platform where I could make another money to improve my budget. I found a quite recommended Surveytime which looked as a good platform with adequate pays for survey.
That was a reality until the end of February when system of pays on Surveytime has changed. With this change came a limit of money that accepts you to transfer them into your account.

In September I reached the limit and I have decided to transfer my collected money into my PayPal account. The problem is that Surveytime demands a verification through e-mail or photo verification and following identity verification by ID card. But the verification is broken in both of these ways. After the day of my ask for a verification e-mail I have not received any e-mail yet. And when I tried to solve the verification by selfie and ID card, system did not accept my selfie although it was caught as they require.
The last problem with Surveytime is that when you want to do verification by the mobile app, it says some error which does not allow you to solve the verification.

By this broken and horrible system that was introduced in March my time spent from this month to September was useless because the money I should get will not be sent into my account and I have revealed my part of identity to discover that I will not get my 5.53 $ that I have made during 6 months. At least I am glad that I did not meet with a process of verification of ID card as other scammed people.

To sum up, I do not recommend you this survey platform. It is better to spend time at more certified survey platforms than this. I will delete my Surveytime account if it is possible.

He is asking for documents and my photo. This is wrong. It's a survey site, it doesn't need confidential information. This is not safe and could be a scam! I lost my money because he won't pay me

Fine surveys, after earning € 5, you will receive it immediately in your Paypal account or otherwise you choose.

I still cant seem to cash out my earning whats going on. Theres no communication on the emails iv sent or is this just another scam

I been using it for 2 months then for no reason I cannot login. They will let you work on survey and then it will close your account. All earnings are gone for 2 months.

This website doesn’t pay at all.

Fraudulent website. Avoid at all costs. There are many other great websites and apps where you can take surveys and earn money.

Tommy from Surveytime is a waste of time. I reached payment point and had to submit two forms of identity which I did. Weeks later no sign of payment. I have emailed them numerous times with no reply so my advice is to keep away from Tommy and his team as it’s a scam.

I have been using survey time for quite a long time. For the last two months it is not supporting paypal. When I reached the threshold of USD 5 the paypal option stopped all of a sudden and limited to BTC wallet. Any of the emails replied to them by Survey time. Even the messages sent to telegram and facebook pages do not elicit a proper response. Seems they changed their way of working and finding it difficult to get the payment released.

I used this online survey site to earn some extra cash. I completed a # of surveys BUT was never paid for the surveys I completed! The company wanted to utilize a cell phone for payment, BUT I had explained due to my visual impairment I do NOT use my cell for anything except for an emergency when I am out of the house. I have never received payment for surveys completed because the company would NOT accommodate my visual impairment & send me a check for surveys completed. PS: I am not doing any more surveys!

It is good, with proper and quick payment.

when i click on verify my account to get my payment it wont do nothing when i click on the button emailed them and nothing back from them yet

It used to be good, but now???
once I connected with my paypal, I cant receive any survey anymore. Not to mention cash out, it fail too...
I write an email to them and no one reply yet.

I give one star because they cancelled my account right after I went to withdraw the accumulated balance. What else can I say? You judge.

When it was time to verify my ID in order to withdraw my payment, I was banned and couldn't log in my account anymore. It goes without saying that I tried contacting support; however, nobody replied.

Lots of late disqualifications or telling you that you have already completed the survey after you spend 20-30 minutes. Used to be good. I am using less now.

I signed up before 2 years . Everything was fine for 2 weeks then they scammed me with some money left . Blocked me forever even tried yo sign up with different email they blocked any traffic from my devices and IPs .
Very big scammers stay away.

I have been a Surveytime user since 2022 and at the beginning it was nice because everytime I completed a survey ($1 USD or $0.50 USD) the payment was immediate paid to my PayPal account.

After the changes in 2024, the user needs to accumulate $5 USD to be able to cash out.

I accumulated $15 USD and, on the website, there was only one payment method: bitcoin.
I don't have any bitcoin account and I won't. So, I contacted the Surveytime support on July 19th, 2024, and no answer I got.

Then, I decided to download the app and noticed that on the app there was the PayPal payment method. I cashed out and the app blocked my payment because I had to verify my ID which I had never done or needed to do before on the website. Alright! I sent my selfie and the photo of my ID and both photos were approved by the app that said that I had to wait for the payment.

Conclusion: so far, I haven’t received my earnings.

I contacted Surveytime support via e-mail many times and no answer I got.

And one more thing happened: I tried to access my account via website and my password didn’t work. I asked to change it via “I forgot my password”, I managed to change it but when I tried to access the account it said: “Password is unavailable”.
